Yeah....uh....that's NOT how this came off. First off, Day's acting like he won this game by 21pts. 2nd, every word Holtz said was 100% true, and said by anyone else who's watched this team the past three years. ND outplayed Ohio State today. OSU didn't "win" anything....ND lost. This game just virtually guaranteed to everyone that OSU goes 10-2 at BEST. More like 9-4. And, in spite of this "win", OSU won't go anywhere in the rankings. Which is historic. Who goes 3-0, or 4-0 yet, DROPS in the rankings?!?! With that much denial going on inside your head, you're going to have a LOOOOONG season with this team.

Really upset about what many people “STILL” are saying about Ohio State and especially what Holtz had to say, or rather didn’t. I think it was just highly uncalled for, especially if your Lou Holtz. Lost all my respect for him after that and so has many others. In the long run we’re all gonna see what Ohio State is made of though, but give the respect when it’s due. I think it boils down to a lot of jealousy myself.
