Louis Stokes on Social Workers and the Policy-Making Process 

Longtime congressman and civil rights champion Louis Stokes gave the lecture "Social Workers and the Policy-Making Process" to Mandel School students in class SASS 478 Macro and Policy Practice Skills on April 2, 2013. Stokes was a Distinguished Visiting Professor on the faculty of the Mandel School from 1998 after his retirement from Congress until his death in 2015.
