Hi Paula, after watching this video, I just had to fix this chicken dish! So I made it on Sunday for dinner guests, and it was a hit! Served everything over egg noodles instead of rice. My kitchen smelled wonderful as the chicken was cooking in the oven, plus the bacon gave it a delightful flavor. Thanks for sharing all your gr8 recipes.
I would serve that meal in a colored wide shallow bowl but the white looks great too! I was also sprinkle parsley right at the end and even do a little orange juice reduction and a couple slices of orange at the end!
I made this recipe. I declare it yummy and a keeper. Although single and using only one chicken breast, I had two meals from it. Today's chickens must resemble ostriches in size......

I do these in the air fryer and I do them about 15 min. Make sure to flip half way so both sides of bacon gets crispy. Also sometimes I will stuff the breast with some cream cheese and parsley.

Question. Looking at the written recipe and comparing to the video, it looks like you started out halving the recipe with the chicken/bacon and then when you added 1 bag of peas. However, it looks like the wine, cream, and mustard proportions used are per the full written recipe. Can you confirm? I'm wondering if the sauce should be thicker for the portion you cooked if you had used 1/4 cup of wine, about the same amount of cream, and 1 Tbsp of mustard? Otherwise, this looks amazing, Paula! For those diabetics out there...sticky rice is very high in carbs...which the body breaks down to sugar. Not only is it an empty carb, it's super unhealthy.
This EXACT recipe and photo was published in Taste of The South magazine in 2016. So Paula's magazine takes the EXACT recipe that ran in another magazine and puts it in her magazine years later. And of course they both magazines have the same publisher which is Hoffman. Wow!

Yes it is. The first included her starting to make the fudge pie. They didn’t edit that out so they reposted correcting their error. We may see the fudge pie tomorrow morning!
@@maryrinks8383 she was making both dishes simultaneously. She does that in her vids - while one is baking or on the stove she will start another dish or dessert.
