I agree with you, it's incredible to think that one day we could be led to say that we discovered a band on the internet and that we could say about it that it is one of the best of all times. And on top of that an all-female band. If someone had told me that a few years ago I wouldn't have believed it.
LOVEBITES - Winds Of Transylvania lyrics: Sneaking to that vein, ever devotion Taking in my hands, satisfaction Deep into the neck, only delusion Can't resist, insane tonight Shining like a vine, never enough Dripping off my hand, cause of desire Piece of tragedy, fading in moonlight Sink in red, I'm falling down Painting truth and lies, over and under Chasing round 'n' round, closer to thunder Pushing to the edge, never surrender Shades of cross inside of my head Flaming memories of the past Burn inside of the bloody red eyes Lying Borderline of a Castle Winds of Transylvania Innocent lullaby, chasing everywhere, Fleeting empty fate Break it down, like a game and I go fallin' now Make it all end A silent break of dawn, now the curtain rise Blood, Thirsty like a lost butterfly Reaching in now to get you, but then let you go again Veil searching us under the moonlight Let me in to a place by immortal fascination Now, show me the way of the parade tonight Sneaking to that vein, ever devotion Taking in my hands, satisfaction Deep into the neck, only delusion Can't resist, insane tonight Flaming memories of the past Burn inside of the bloody red eyes Lying Borderline of a Castle Winds of Transylvania Innocent lullaby, chasing everywhere, Fleeting empty fate Break it down, like a game and I go fallin' now Make it all end A silent break of dawn, now the curtain rise Blood, Thirsty like a lost butterfly Reaching in now to get you, but then let you go again Veil searching us under the moonlight Let me in to a place by immortal fascination Now, show me the way of the parade tonight I wait and see Take me away to paradise LOVEBITES ! ----- lyrics: asami music: asami & Mao arrangement: LOVEBITES (miho, haruna, midori, miyako, asami) & Mao
"Winds of Transylvania" was 89-seconds opening song of the comedy animation "VLADLOVE" featuring a vampire high school girl. the opening song was recreated as full song. thank you for your reaction. the following are the representative songs of lovebites. epilogue, empty daydream, addicted, holy war, we the united, dystopia symphony, bravehearted, when destines allgn, a frozen serenade, set the world on fire, signs of deliverrance, dancing with devil, shadowmaker (wacken open air 2018), the hammer of wrath, burden of time, liar, edge of the world, above the black sea, spellbound, scream for me, today is the day, etc. did you listen to everything?
for me haruna is the best their all just as talented and she puts more effort in it like a metronome relentless top 3 of all time and iam from the sixties and adored alot of drummers but she amazes me everytime her fast feet and her simble work is mindboggling
Thanks for continuing down the Lovebites path. It's not even possible to list all the things that make this performance great. In a catalogue of insanely technical songs, this live performance may top them all. Just nuts.
It's almost a disservice too call them a machine but they are so perfect its Astonishing. Miyako and Midori are Easily in the ranks of the Best guitarists of my time and I am in my late 50's. I've seen Rhoads,EVH,Gary Moore, Yngwie,Via,etc...... These 2 easily are mentioned in the same breath as All of the past Greats. The band is Fire. Lightning in a Bottle if you will. This is what pure dedication and musicianship looks and sounds like.
i have seen so many live bands in my life that i have lost count. and it seems as though they always change up the songs somewhat from the recorded versions and improvise here and there. not that it's necessarily a bad thing but at the same time it loses something along the way. now on the other hand LOVEBITES is just about perfect in recreating what you hear on the cd. the only real changes make the songs better such as in empty daydream when miyako starts with the keyboard and asami steps up with the beautiful soulful intro - then the song really kicks back into gear and is perfect. same with the swan song with piano intro. they have this incredible knack to do them so close to the recorded version. that is what makes them stand apart from most bands.
