@@minasingh9053 Really really sorry Mina. stuck up with edit of the upcoming video - best ketchup. Honestly, we've not been able to research. So, really don't know if stevia is the best choice. But for now, we know that jaggery, jaggery powder, mishri with thread, coconut or dates sugar are better than table sugar. They offer some nutrients along but even then eat them in moderation. So you can pick any one of them for now but we have a detailed video coming soon. So sorry once again. Hope it helps.

Can we consume 6 Table spoons of honey in a day ? Is it safe ? 2 tablespoons for breakfast , 2 Table spoons for Snacks , 1 tablespoon for Smoothie and 1 Tablespoon for coffee

6 tablespoons is a lot of honey.. 126 g to be precise. so we're looking at almost 400 calories in a day from just honey. Meaning you might end up consuming nearly 1/4 of your daily calories just from honey. Replacing refined sugar with unprocessed sweetening options like honey is good but you have to understand that it is just a sweetening agent and doesn't offer any strong nutritional benefit to consume honey in such huge quantities. Chemically it will have the same effect on your body. And whether its honey or jaggery or any other healthier sugar alternative, it must be used in moderation.

Bhai daily 100 gram dal(raw) = 10 rs 200 gram rice(raw) = 8 rs 50 gram soya chunks(raw) = 5 rs 4 whole eggs = 20 rs 5 roti(ye toh har koi khata hai isliye iska price nhi joda) Lagbhag 105 gram protein ho gya = 43 rs me. Baki sabji vgera ghar me koi na koi banti hogi hi

@@Prakahahahash yes 5 g fat per egg yolk.. to isiliye 2-3 koi problem nahi denge.. muscle growth ke liye.. Also, While fat might slow down the absorption of your post-workout meal, it will not reduce its benefits. It might be a good idea to limit the amount of fat you eat after exercise, but having some fat in your post-workout meal will not affect your recovery. isiliye, 2-3 whole eggs shouldn't be a problem according to what science says.
