Thanks for having him on. I’ve been carnivore for 2.5 years. While it made a big difference in my health, there was so much more to the story. Seeing morning light, grounding, getting out in the sun w/out sun glasses or sunscreen has made a huge difference for me. Walking & strength training too. Also, blocking blue light w/ yellow glasses in day & orange glasses at night. Taping my mouth while I sleep, blocking emfs, & structuring my water are game changers too! Glad you’re finally seeing the bigger picture Shawn than just meat. This guy is 100% correct. It has changed my life at 64 yo like nothing else. My energy & sense of well being are through the roof! Thanks for having him on to wake up the masses.
What are talking about Karen? Shawn has been an advocate and promoter of every single thing you listed there. He’s a competitive weight lifter as well. You just post to read your own post and You probably only talk just to hear yourself talk.
Yes breath work, grounding daily, and structured water along with 5 yrs carnivore has been a game changer! Thought I felt the best I could until I started adding these items in. He is correct but hard to follow his mindset but I promise you this is not woo woo. Try it
This guest needs to organize his thoughts and message, then deliver the message with more ‘structure’ … the way he over-talks and interrupts the question and then not really answering was frustrating to listen to Plus anecdotes and superlatives are not how to advance your theory.
I hope you get the sound fixed soon! Interesting ideas, asks i have read The Fourth Phase of Water twice. I don't think it follows that we should try to structure the water that we drink, but I guess it can't hurt to try, if you want to. I think having a natural light environment and touching grass and getting sun are no-brainer steps everybody can take toward health.
Was it a sound issue or was the guest slightly inebriated? It isn't personal responsibility. People can't take personal responsibility in the absence of accurate information. His presentation was disorganized and he seemed to be stumbling on his words at times. I would not purchase his book and I am not interested in listening to him further. When he says that it is personal responsibility and the way to take responsibility is to buy his book and follow his directions, at that point I was close to being done with this interview. He says the sugar companies are not to blame? That's wrong, they are very much to blame. I'm an attorney and I have seen firsthand how much money goes into advertising and persuading people to buy foods that are not food, to buy processed foods that poison our bodies. The average person will not be able to discern truth from lies. It is not a question of personal responsibility it is a question of overcoming the misinformation that has been promulgated for so many years. Shawn, not a great interview. Not one of your better choices.
i thought the same thing, yes it is the fault of the food companies. I talk to people about carnivore and they think we need sugar to survive, that our bodies need sugar to function, they always say our brains need sugar. Because we heard that lie all our lives.
It surely IS PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY! YES, We've been prpoagandized about frankenfoods being foods but doesn't mean you are a victim. Beyour own health professional.
To better understand structured water look into the special characteristics of water in clay. It is sometimes referred to as the fourth phase of water. Obviously this information is at a different level of complexity that many will not resonate with but I believe he is trying to do what he believes is right. Don't put him down because you don't agree with his position. Maybe just put it in the back of your mind and see if other information comes up that is related then perhaps some small "epiphanies" we manifest within you.
I really hope you can sort out your video sou d issues Dr Baker your content is so important but again I just cant watch this one due to the poor sound quality😢
I'm a little surprised at the tenor of most of the comments here. I believe that Ben has a strong grasp of how the body works and understands effective means to achieve and sustain health. However, he fell short in articulating the most persuasive arguments in this interview. Dr. Baker's unenthusiastic and rather bored demeanor throughout the video didn't seem to help Ben's case, either. Not sure why anything his guest was trying to communicate would be so out there or unconvincing to a host and audience that should know very well that we haven't been taught how the body and our environment work, and that we have miraculous capacity for healing. If you don't believe what Ben said about structured water, for instance, look into the work of Veda Austin (the New Zealand lady he mentioned - yes, he should have recalled her name) or Dr. Gerald Pollack. The information is definitely "out there," in the sense that it is actually readily available if you look around and consider it.
i went to his website to see about the structured water device, the one for household use is over $1,000 dollars and has a 30 day warranty, ouch. a thousand dollars to spin water? maybe for 100 bucks people would give it a try.
The Analemma wand costs well under 200 dollars, and many people find it immensely helpful. Alec Zeck interviewed the CEO, Marco something or other, on one of his most recent podcasts on The Way Forward. It's definitely worth listening to, for much more about structured water than just what the product reportedly offers.
@@kath897 this information does not conforms to physics , that's the problem, it's no different than water having memory and needed to be shaken against leather like in homeopathy
