Ingredients
Lamb on the bone preferably with fat on!
500g / 1kg lamb
Seasoning:
1/2 tsp garlic paste, 1/2 tsp ginger paste, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp Cumin powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp Oregano
1 tbsp Olive oil or Ghee
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 halves of onion
2-3 Vine ripe tomatoes
4 Green chillies
1/2 cup water
Cook high heat 10 mins or to first whistle then low heat for 20 mins then let rest 10 mins before opening the pressure cooker!
