In today's video, we dive deep into low FODMAP portions sizes. I came across some shocking discrepancies when I tested the differences in portions between weight vs volume and count compared to the Monash App.

This is such a helpful video! I have been watching my FODMAP levels for many years now. It has been very helpful to me but recently I think I got off track and I ended up with sibo. After subscribing to the Monash app I realize that portion size was probably the reason that I wasn't getting better. Since I have been more strictly following the guidelines of the Monash app I noticed a quick Improvement of my symptoms. After watching your video I can see how I can be even more careful as I use the app for measuring out the foods that will keep my symptoms minimized and help with my digestive health. Much appreciated
