Building a Strong Midsection couldn't be easier with today's Low Impact, No Repeat, Standing ABS Class. We have 16 Exercises with some using a Light to Medium Pair of Dumbbells if you want to increase the workload onto the muscles. I will also be using a small household step to modify one of the exercises as well. You can use something like a chair, coffee table or ottoman if you do not have a step available. A Warm Up and Cool Down are also included for your convenience.
