I was afraid with these new-look workouts that you might add louder music or something else that I don't like from many other exercise videos. But no need to worry. Music is still quiet and your voices are easily heard without you shouting. Love your work :-)
Excellent routines. So glad to have you folks back. I’m 67 years old (5’9”;148 lbs) & have been following HASfit ever since the lockdown began last year. I simply love your routines and your pace which I try to keep up with. All the best, guys. Let’s have more coming.
I miss u guys My mom exp mild stroke and her high blood pressure is 190 and to help her recover i made her do dis workouts no jumping cardio and diet and after a month her bp is 159 (its still high but atleast). Thank u so much guys

Thanks for putting this one up guys! I finally have a cardio workout that won't hurt my knees, foot arches, ankle or lower back haha. I'm the oldest 35 year old I know, but you guys keep me moving!
I know you say "we're back!", but for me, you never left! I've followed you for 2+ years and love your workouts. I was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's an this work is EXACTLY what I need...strength, toning, and balance. I love the new studio!!! Keep up the phenomenal work. You are a blessing in my life!
Thanks so much for new workouts. Im 78 and I started with senior exercises a year ago I then went to beginners after 5 months. I love that you work combinations of muscle groups and also that you talk us through the exercises. I've been with you for a year and I'm just so grateful you're here for us. I may never return to the fitness center when Covid has subsided.
I love this routine! So glad you guys are back, and thank you for the variety you offer. As Coach says, "make this workout your own". I follow some with Claudia and some with Coach. I recommend your workouts all the time.

I’m 84 years old. Been working out my whole life. Just stopped going to the gym once again because Covid is strong again. Doing your workout 6 days a week. I rewind it and do 15 minutes extra so I can get 40 minutes in. I then lift lite weights or do leg lifts I recommend your workout to everyone. It’s fun and does the job. Keep on truckin’ everyone! ❤️

Great workout! I’m a senior and found this video to be challenging, creative yet durable. You have great modifications, warmups and cool downs. There were no repeats or circuits. Also, nice touch showing timer and description of exercise in left hand corner. This was very well thought out. Way to go guys!

I didn't lose so much weight but I felt myself getting stronger and having more endurance compared to when I wasn't exercising. So excited to see some new videos from you guys! I've been working out with your videos consistently since the beginning of January and I've definitely noticed an improvement in my fitness. I'm proud of myself for getting through this whole video without stopping which I probably wouldn't have been able to do a few months ago!
I am a runner, but developed achilles tendonitis and I am sidelined for a while. I have started doing these workouts instead, and I just love them. I will definitely continuing doing them even after I am able to run again. Thank you for providing this for us.
Hope you're doing better Sheila! I have achilles tendonitis also and plantar fasciitis so I'm supposed to be taking it easy as well. Thinking of trying this workout. Sounds like it gets a thumbs up from you.
