I haven't worked out in like a month - 2 months 😔 and when I stopped, I started back eating EXTREMELY unhealthy foods. A youtuber that I started watching said she recommended y'alls videos and that she lost over 100lbs. Today is my first day getting back into exercising, and it feels good. I did however take 2 brakes, one at 21 minutes, and the other shortly after, but I got right back to the video & finished it out 🥳
Hello from Australia! I've been working out with you guys for 3 weeks now.. some days I do a hiit followed by your lower back pain/strengthen video. I have a lot of extra weight that hurts when I jump, but have found you two to be really encouraging and am feeling a lot stronger and fitter already! Thank you

Do you have low impact, high intensity workouts for intermediate or advanced exercisers? I am an avid exerciser but don't like the jarring on my joints.
Hi guys! Firstly, I'd like to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the amazing workouts you provide for FREE! I'm a mom of 3 small kids and can no longer go to the gym. But having access to your workouts, I dont feel too bummed out about it. Actually, I'm getting much better results with your workouts than I've ever gotten at the gym! If I may offer some constructive criticism though! Maybe change up the background a bit? You guys often wear similar clothes with the same background and it's hard for me to differentiate the workouts. There are some workouts that I really love and I have to watch the video for a few minutes to determine if I've found the right one. That's my one complaint :( Other than that, you guys are the best!!! I love how humble you and Claudia are and once again, thank you so so much for your workouts!
Could it be true my perception is that I'm using more calories to complete this workout? I use 5 pound weights and try the hardest form. I am using the most muscle groups I can and the most repetitions. Could it be burning more calories?
I LOVE your workouts! Thank you! I love that you don't count reps; that way I get lost in the exercise instead of thinking how many I have left. I rarely look at the clock on the top right side so the time goes by so quickly. It never feels like a travail with you - just a moment for me. And thank you for the reminders of why we are doing this. For me, it's to stave off Alzheimers and keep my strength up which I am loosing as I get older. Thank you so much for all your motivational comments.
Thank you so much for these video workouts. I've been "sheltered in place" for a year now and these are a blessing. I think I actually get a better workout than I did at our fitness center.🙏🏼
Big fan of HASfit. I like non-fussy workouts, that get to the point. I use the videos when traveling for work. Lately, in addition to the quarantine, I'm recovering from breast surgery (benign, thankfully, but I chose preventative lump removal). Not trying to give TMI but for those who are hardcore re: fitness, and have surgery of any kind, it's a mindf%^&k, it's like getting busted to Private from General. As soon as I was cleared to do more than walk for exercise, I hit the HASfit videos because I knew I could find a range of levels I could do to get back up to my previous fitness level. Thanks for being accessible to all fitness levels, because even us fitness buffs have times in our lives of limited mobility. HASfit is my personal therapy in a few ways right now.
Thank you so much for this amazing workout! Just exactly what i needed in a hotel room today: standing , no floor touching, not much space required. Sending love and appreciation from Casablanca today ❤️💙
Starting the new year with this workout! I hope to get back into shape (fingers crossed I can stick with it). Thank you Hasfit for this free and low impact cardio workout!
TQ for keeping it FREE…love it as it has helped my bf (who has Heart issues, on many meds almost 10 yrs now) & myself, we both started 3wks ago as since had borderline BP pressure (this I hope can help bring it down…monitoring). He is in Canada & I in HK & sometimes in Malaysia - we both look at each other thru wsapp video & have our iPads on at the same time……he is around 300lb & needs to lose some weight 4 his Health❤❤… A BIG THANK YOU To you both for helping keep us on our toes almost daily. We both loved it❤❤❤😊😊😊
These really are the best workouts there are, as others say you push yourself to your ability as we are all different and it encourages a person to listen to their body. I am 66 and like someone else has said I mix them all up and most days I do 30 mins in the morning then 20 mins in the afternoon. Thank you for putting these exercises out there.
i’ve been trying to get down to 170 (currently 217) and this workout was really fun! i love your guys’s commentary and energy! i’ll update soon if i stick to losing weight!
With Covid 19 haven't been able to go to our fitness center. I'm a senior and I don't want to lose mobility. This cardio workout, as well as your other workouts, is outstanding. I appreciate that you talk us through the exercise. I also appreciate that Claudia does the modification. I was able to do almost all of them with minimum modification. Thanks for being here for all of us!!
Hey Coach Kozak, I am currently beginning my second time through the 30 day muscle building program. Thanks for making great workouts! Here is a challenge for you! The bottle cap challenge, this is my attempt: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dMaUGGIi2Nc.html , and if you are really feeling froggy here is when my son did it: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-rAvh26p1Y6E.html Thanks again!
Hi, guys! I subscribed to you about 5 years ago and have just found my way back! I never realized how much I missed your workouts, motivation, and recipes. Feels good to be home!
Hi! Thank you so much for these exercises. I’m currently recovering from long covid and wanted to start being active again and I’ve been doing your low impact standing exercises.:)
Hi. I really like you guys. You’re down to earth and realistic and I don’t come away feeling inferior. I’m starting this workout to help lower my BP. I have very bad knees so I have to be VERY careful but I was able to fulfill my goal of 25 mins (I had to take a break for a couple, lol). Thanks. See you tomorrow!
@@HASfit thank u for your kindness. Without any exaggeration, in this last year, most of the time i have exercised with hasfit and not once have i gone to the gym...
Thank you so much from Gloucestershire, UK - we've all enjoyed your workout (mum, my sister and I) and will definitely do this again. We hope you are all well!
Hello, I’m new comer to these workouts. Today was my first day and I love this workout. It’s easy but tough enough to get my heart rate up. Thank you for a great video.
Thanks guys , I felt tired today and almost didn't do a workout, but this one always fits the Bill- so great that you have a huge range in your supply so at least I did something and wasn't on the couch!
This one is perfection. I loved every move and feel amazing. Did this twice this week and shared it all over the place. Such a great burn but never painful like I’m going to hurt myself. So grateful for your work.
Have tried numerous times to download app (actually spent over 1 hour toggling between the email confirmations and log in attempts, that always routed me back to getting another confirmation by email). They keep going back and forth. Took Facebook off the phone because of it becoming too distracting and annoying. Is there any other way set to set up a login other than through Facebook? Love the channel but would rather work with the app, particularly when traveling.
1. Click on the HASfit app, then select "Sign up with Email" 2. Fill out User Name, and` Email address. 3. Verification email has been sent to your email. Please grab another device to check your email. Leave the HASfit app open on your phone. 4. Check email, and click on the "Continue" button within the Welcome to HASfit email. 5. A page will open and a red screen with a "Login" button will appear. Click on "Login" and your phone should automatically go back to the screen where you can enter in your password and confirm it.
Hello Have subscribed to your channel today Wish to start an exercise regimen starting with 15 min.. gradually increasing need a guide as to how to begin and planning THANKYOU in advance
ok coach you and Claudia have brought me back from the almost dead. I am alive and well thx to you. I now workout six days a week with you and Claudia. Life really is a box of chololates..lol. Thank you so much. Cya very soon.
Cool workout, this popped in my youtube as a suggested video. I really liked it and your guys’ style. :). I look forward to doing more with you. Thank you!
Thank you for your great videos. I am going to start 30 days muscle building workout from your app. I like to burn fat and build muscle at the same time. I am now confused if I should be eating at a calorie deficit or a calorie surplus. Could you please give me some advice about this? Thank you.
If you're trying to gain muscle but lose weight you're going to want to eat a a caloric surplus. If you want to learn how to do that we recommend you check out our Eating for life ebook. Here's the link. hasfit.myshopify.com/products/eating-for-life-enjoy-the-food-you-love-get-the-results-you-need
Thank you very much. I was the weakest girl in my class before I found your workouts. I don't have a gym membership or anything of the such, but I managed to make quite a good set of gains and a massive lifestyle change through your hard work on this channel. Thank you.
I am so out of shape! Lately, I've been trying to work through my shoulder pain (had surgery twice), body pain (lyme), and weight gain I've had over the past 6 years. Had to extra modify this workout, but I'll get there. HASFit has workouts that don't intimidate me!!!
No jumping yet profuse sweating, i just loved this video. With my knee issues never thought i could manage cardio exercises but here i am loving you both so much after completing the full 30 mins workout. Thank you guys.
Just finished this workout and I'm almost as sweaty as coach, I really enjoyed and appreciated this workout as you said it hit everything I mean everything! It was low enough impact for me that I could actually put ankle weights on as well, two pounders, add an extra layer of difficulty as coach would say. Thanks again Coach and Claudia I hope you guys and your children are doing awesome, and much love from Alaska!
I can’t thank you guys enough for this workout. For long I have been searching for a workout like this for my 60+ year old parents. I make them do this regularly and it has increased their stamina. Please make more similar workouts so that folks like my parents will be able to improve their fitness levels with these simple and effective moves.
Hi .. I am getting back into workout after 3 months of bed rest and +1 month of physiotherapy exercises, I'd like to know is it safe to do the bending exercises done in video for a person coming out of L4-L5 Disc BULDGE ? I'd love to request you to make a video for people who came out of medical condition and getting back into workout ! Thank you . I love all your muscle building workouts :)
Pretty sure this workout would’ve wiped me out a couple months ago, but today I was able to keep up with ease (without modifying!) while working up a bit of a sweat! In fact I’m going to hop to another one of your workouts to complete the full hour 😊 Feeling stronger each time, thank you so much as always!
Just discovered you after a knee energy tabled my regular workouts. I started with your chair work and have moved to your low impact and strength workouts. I love these! Also great because we are all staying at home while COVID-19 ravages our country. Thanks for your great work!
Love the work out, we advise all soccer players who are at grassroot level to work on the majority of these exercises in order to take their game to elite level!
If I may add!: "A sound healthy mind needs a sound healthy body to live in." My father has qouted that to me many times throughout my life and I never forgot it. Thank you 2 so much for this video and all your other ones and I look forward to the next workout! 😁✋️👊🤝🦵💪👍🙂
Thank you for your generosity and kindness in sharing this free video. I am snowed in and house bound today. It was awesome to have a video I can do indoors. You are encouraging and I love that you are aware some of us live in old buildings with neighbours below so cannot jump up and down inside without disturbing others. Thanks again for the great video!
This is perfect for today. Did a routine with weights for upper body and some core work, adding this for cardio portion. I like to have the combo of some additional upper body with light weights as I am a bit sore from my routine yesterday so this low impact will be a perfect fit. Thanks
Thank you, thank you, thank you, from the bottom of my so far flabby tummy. I love how humble and understanding you are. I love your workouts. They are doable (as I've said it before) but also very challenging.
Getting back into working out at age 50 and this was a great beginner workout for me. Can't wait for new uploads from you. I'm usually at an intermediate fitness level, but took too long a break and needed something like this to whip my body back into shape.
Good luck to u. I just turned 68 this month, have been working out since 1980, but it is never to late to restart. Wish my face looked as young as my body, lol, love these guys
You guys are amazing! Your videos constantly inspire me to get up and exercise. I'm a massage therapist, by the end of the day I am so exhausted.. but your videos give me the willpower to keep going! Thank you Coach Kozack and Claudia!!
For various reasons (I started working from home and far more sedentary in front of a computer, some bad eating habits, and hitting age 50) - suddenly my blood pressure has started going up alarmingly. I’ve started eating healthier and really watching my sodium, which has helped some. But the ONLY thing that has consistently gotten my blood pressure down to safe levels again is (getting up and moving for a minute or two throughout the day while working) and doing regular cardio exercise. For me, this is the main thing that really is getting my blood pressure under control - I’m talking about going from 150/90 to the 120’s/70’s. It is really that effective!! But it has to be consistent and regular - I’m doing it minimally 3 times a week and aiming for 4 when I can. These exercise routines are literally a life saver!! Thank you!!!!!! 🙏
Stumbling with your video, and did the resistance band exercise last night, now this is my 2nd video and finished til the end of the video, I never thought I could do it all through the way😭. Thank you for making this vid coach😉 and I will recommend it to my friends👍
Hi coach kozak.... i am a big follower of ur workouts...1 year back i used to do lot of HIIT workouts...infact both me and my husband used to do together watching ur videos.....due to sciatica issues... i have shifted completely to Yoga.....so today after a long time did this workout and i loved it...thanks for helping so many people and me who could transform our lives into a healthy one...a big salute to inspiring many of them in this digital world.
I have been working out with y'all almost 2 months now and last week i injured my back due to bad movement, and I was set back and couldn't do any work out I felt depressed, sad and my anxiety got a hold of me than started eating a lot but this week i was like this back pain is not going to hold me back, so I started to look up your low cardio workout and friendly injured back exercises and found this videos and omg i Loved it i made me sweat and got my hurt rate up and didn't even hurt my back. Thank you guys for caring so much for your tribes. Will continue to workout with y'all.
Hi Claudia & Coach I usually do my workouts at night when everyone is asleep. Roughly about 9pm or maybe later. I don't eat anything after working out because it's late and I rather just sleep. I do drink water and although I do feel hungry I don't eat anything in hope I will achieve my weight loss goal/I do not hinder my progress towards weight loss. Please tell me this is ok? I mean do we have to eat after working out? Thanks
Thanks guys. Absolutely love these exercise. I proud of myself cause I manage to do these exercise today. I really like this kind of exercise which all the exercise not repeated. Excuse for my bad grammar.
Thank you so much for this video and for all of your videos. My health club has been belly up for six months with the whole virus situation and I’ve been going there regularly for 35 years so it’s been hard with that gone. I’ve been doing a lot of stuff outside but now the weather is changing and getting colder...so I am going to rely on your videos a lot. I’ve watched them for a while now and they are great. Thank you for taking the time to put these videos out there.
Thx heaps guys for doing full length workouts we can follow along to from home. Beginner and was daunted by exercise until I watched these videos! The encouragement to breathe, keep going and explanation of what should be feeling really helps!
