Beautiful session. I'm not in my 40's yet (38yrs). But I'm seriously thinking of incorporating these in my weekly workout sessions. Thanks for sharing once more. Love your energy.

I fractured L1 and T12. So, no looping or hopping for me! 😢 I'll save this one till 2025. That's probably when the pain will leave! Thanks, good to see you're back!

Hi Margaret, I enjoy watching you and Ive learn so much from your videos! ~ I had purchased a LifePro vibration platform machine a while ago but stopped using it b/c my back pain seemed to increase after using it. I always keep it at the lowest setting. I do have scoliosis and arthritis in my back, but was hoping this would help in some way. I’d appreciate any suggestions you might have. Thanks a bunch! ❤

No hoping Back is not good for hopping so I use a foam pad that is for balance
