Low carb pancake using coconut flour
List of ingredients
2 tbsps coconut flour
2 medium eggs
2 tbsps almond milk (unsweetened)
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 sachet stevia (1 gm each)
1 tsp melted butter
1 tsp cream cheese
1 tbsp coconut oil for cooking
Yield: 1 big pancake or 2 small pancakes
