Ive been doing basically all her ab videos (two videos each workout) and I have to say my belly has been looking soo much better! You just need to keep it constant and don't expect to see results overnight! Also, 30 mins of cardio helps A TON!
For people who have tried many methods to get flat belly but haven't still got results yet, you can try *Imodstyle Lose Belly Fat* (should be on google have a look ). I've seen some amazing things about it!* I am 6 pounds down--3 inches lost in the belly area and 2 inches in the waist area*. I am really happy with my results and appreciate the helpful recipes. Sarah Beth Im in similar situation, eating good and doing workouts everyday, but cant see big difference :-/ Im bot overweight (my BMI is 22) but I can see I have more fat and less muscles than I should (and want :-D)
Try drinking more water! It seriously helps! And maybe doing more cardio. Also sleeping enough is important(: other than that just keep on going and concentrate more on having fun and making yourself stronger. You will start losing weight, I promise you(:
Tilma S Im overweight maybe 2kg, so not much, but I can deffinitely see I have fat, not mussles :( I sleep enough, but maybe dont drink enough water, and also I was on hormonal pills for 6 six, and I think it can really mess up metabolism, altough I dint have any problems. But thank you fot advice and for your support, Ill do my best, so I can be proud of myself, no matter how my body looks :)
I literally had to pause the video and then continue. But that’s okay because that’s how I know I want to keep going. No one said looking your best was going to be easy. It takes hard work and dedication. I’m doing all this to show myself if I can do this, I can do anything!
really wanting to get into shape. I'm 17 and weigh around 78kg, which (for my height) means I am around 10kg at least overweight. really want to just get fit and eat healthy and just look my best. while the workouts are hard and i have to stop so much i find cassey so motivating. hopefully i can transform my body!!

Today I feel like I'm in tears... tears of joy!! I've been doing blogilates for a little less than a month now and for the first time today I was able to get through this entire workout in perfect form without breaking!!! I am so excited for myself!!! Just about a month ago I decided to make a big lifestyle change. I'm a bartender who stopped drinking, smoking, and gave up all non clean foods. Along with that I also started these workouts and I felt as if it was an impossible task. But Cassey was right!!! I stayed positive and I kept pushing myself to do these workouts every single day no matter how tired or discouraged I felt. Before a month ago I hadn't participated in any kind of workout for probably at least a year and today I finished this one like a champ!! I truly am proud of myself! Thank you Cassey Ho!!!
I'm a competitive dancer so I would say I'm pretty fit, but I'm trying to just tone up a little bit as I have a little bit of fat on my stomach and legs that I feel like I could get rid of. I can honestly say these are the only videos that work for me! Usually the videos are too easy but I find that these ones are just easy enough to do every night before bed, but just hard enough to give a good workout. Thanks Cassie!!
Elsie Pointe tell me about it. Tried this for the first time today after running 1.4 miles nonstop, doing 3.5 minutes of Jumping Jacks and 25 squats. I can't walk without something hurting and I'm going to Greece on Thursday 😂😂😂😩😩😩💀💀💀
Day 3 of May = DONE!! I used to not be able to do the workouts without taking a couple breaks, but I've realized that I'm taking less and less breaks each time now! I can't wait till I'll be able to push through without any breaks at all!!

The Seeker try to really lift your chest using your upper abs and not your neck. And also keep practicing these workouts. Your abs will get stronger if you do all the moves correctly and practice doing them regulary :)
Officially completed my first day of my first monthly calender. I took a lot of breaks and I think I'm dead but I did it! It can only get better from here! Woo!

My back was injured from doing sit-ups, but Cassey's workouts have never hurt my back! Thank you for teaching us correct body mechanics!! After struggling doing these videos for about a month, I can do them all now (at least the ab ones) :') THANK YOU CASSEY!!!!

***** it should be better plain (stevia can also be used since it is a zero calorie sweetener)! you can also have lemon and water prepared beforehand, but if you're impatient you can just squeeze the lemon juices into the water :)
Cassey! I finally figured out how to do the proper corkscrew form without having to lay my back flat! It had always been a hUGE struggle because of my long waist and bad hips but I figured out that I just needed to shift my arms into a different placement to help straiten my back and it worked!! I'm so excited to get stronger :)

I liked this lower belly flattener workout, unfortunately I couldn't do the very last one, my stomach muscles are very, very weak due to my 3 C-sections. Derp. You cannot TARGET where you lose fat. I realize she never directly states that in this video, but I want to be explicit. The body decides on its own where to take fat from.
You cannot but you can target where you want your muscles to be So if you have a stronger lower Ab muscle your tummy WILL Look flatter and the Muscles will burn the left over fat.
This is actually the very first workout video i saw from cassey and i LOVED it. Thats how i discovered her and i'm GLAAD i picked this video cuz it lead me to the best ever trainer in the world. Love ya girl.
She is a really awesome trainer but I gave up at the end of each workout bc I couldn't breathe or I physically couldn't do it!! So frustrating!! Anyone else have a rly hard time with this workout??

But after constantly working out with cassey I can tell that I gained a lot of muscle and today I managed to get through the whole video without stoping and this is already the fifth video in a row! I know that you can do it, so don't give up girl!! :)
To be honest, those "See Saw Abs" made me ANGRY. :D I am usually really good when it comes to balance things but I just couldn't do them and I had to leave them out even though I wanted to keep going aaaaargh... anyone feel the same or am I just stupidly doing something obviously wrong? :/
Try not lifting your neck as much - your neck muscles are compensating because you're not as strong as Casey is but the more you do ab exercises I promise the more your abs do the work and your neck won't hurt!
I've been working out a lot in the last two months and at first I struggled but when the video ended this time I was like "wait that's it?" the moral of this is, never give up guys! you can do it!

I have gotten 10 times stronger than when I first started Blogilates a couple months ago. I can remember doing this workout, pausing like crazy, skipping some of the moves, and quitting before I even finished. NOW this workout is still challenging... but in a good way! I did the whole video no pausing no quitting!! I don't even THINK of quitting anymore- even when it's so hard.
This is my favorite ab workout of yours cassey! I'm not a fan of the types of abs exercises where you just hold (like earthquakes) so I loved that this workout you were constantly moving and really attacking the abs! Thanks for the video!
Im 14 I was 135 pounds and i kept saying i couldn't let myself get to 140 because i wouldn't forgive myself. Now Im 129 and my goal is 122. I have always struggled with excepting my weight. I don't wanna make excuses anymore.. 122lbs here I come
***** I started to eat less portions of my meals but also eating more through out the day (very small amounts of healthy vegetables). then every time I could I would drink a little over half of a 16oz water bottle before I ate which helped me feel fuller.(you should download an app called aqua alert, it helps you remember to drink enough water throughout the day) Then I drink the rest when I was done eating. After that I cut down on fatty foods and added a lot more vegetables to my diet and even got my mom to try healthier recipes. like quinoa instead of rice.. with exercise I forced myself to run here and there and also just had a full day of blogilates days, taking breaks when I needed it. Now I'm in wrestling which is a lot of exercise, I practice 6 times a week for 2hours and get drenched in sweat! I hope this helps good luck! I'm now 128 but lost weight then gained some muscle
I am 13 and 159 pounds, I couldn't let myself be anymore than that. It is really hard for me to work out because I struggle with migraines and every time I workout I get nauseous or/ and dizzy with a pounding headache. I keep pushing because I want to have a pretty body and I want to feel comfortable in what I wear. My goal is 120.
Amber Michelle it sounds like you may be anemic check with your doctor. I struggled with it for awhile and my sister is the same way when she workouts out. Keep working hard you will reach your goal
