I know this video was done a while ago I don't plan on taking it down this is just another way that people can wire in the alternator Please excuse the crappy wiring job I was in the middle of this project and trying to figure everything out
Im wondering where you found that information paper thats saying to have 3 terminals supplied with 12+ rather than running it as a one wire system. Were you having an issue with a known good alternator not charging and is that also how you ended up with two alternators.
I found it on the internet a while back for whatever reason I think it got removed but you can run it like 3 wire with the resistor can't remember exactly what the other wires just for an indicator light or you can run it as a single wire I'm finding that the single wire is a lot easier most of the swap harnesses are coming with the alternator wiring already in them Thanks for commenting
I wish I could get mine to charge I'm going through hell with my alternator ls swap into k 3500 anyway a old hot rodder form the motor city can' get a hold over yea by phone
