One thing you could benefit from in qualifying is waiting and spacing yourself out from everyone so you can get a clean lap without racing anyone. Since its about your fastest lap just let people by and get a big gap if you think youre gonna be faster than a lot of people. Cool to see karting vids on the channel. Hope this helps you!

A good way to verify basic CAD models is to print them on paper 1:1 and cut them out. Then once you know the hole positions etc are correct you can 3d print or laser cut them.

Sir it was porridge not soup lol, but anyways I do have to say catching a video every now and again and seeing how much better the shop looks with you guys in it vs before is satisfying. Straight line and sideways are the only thing that setup will probably be good for unless a crap ton of money is thrown at suspension.

Another great video. Great pulls on the Miata. also loving the shop being busy with various projects in the background. Question: what 3D printer software are you using? Regarding the broken sway bar link....couldn't you try welding it till a new one comes in?

This helps a lot in the wet for rotation but not so much in the dry.

Not that I think your doing bad by any means but you wanna get a good line where you pitch (rotate) the kart on the late apexes so you can use the throttle as much as possible on the exit while still maintaining as much momentum as possible

Don´t lean your self towards to inside of curve. Lean slightly on the out side if you want karts rear end to grip the corner all the way.

Remember to lean the other side than you are turning on karts. It gives You extra grip to outer tires which are the most important while turning :)

It's always a pain when you get a shitty kart at a rental place. It's amazing how much they can vary. They seem to be massively affected by any slightly dodgy alignment.

@Nirvana NeverDies I had one session with three different karts. First one was perfect, second one was bloody lethal and the third had no front end grip. It's one of the reasons my family/friends and I will be stepping up to karts at proper tracks.

Luckily the spend a lot of time prepping them for league night so the differences are minimal. Still there but nowhere near as noticeable.
