These podcasts generated by a bunch of people in their living rooms are so comical. I listen to this guy after the fact that A&M retained ALL of the big name players and may likely pick up at least one LSU pitcher. With the resources A&M has, to think they were going to allow these kids to get away was nonsense.
Matt, this podcast and Morning Scone are 2 excellent shows. AFR is getting a little too goofy for me. The post game show with Tbob is just too much for me to watch. I think the best thing you do is being a great dad.
The most likely scenario is that these guys stay at A&M. The transfer portal closes in what, 5-6 days? So these players are entering it as insurance in case the new coach doesn’t work with them. Which if I’m Texas A&M, I’m putting that in my hiring requirements for a coach that they keep all the returning star players.

But when you have that much talent that could be out the door if you don’t make that stipulation, especially when most of them only have one more year until they head to the draft. You’d be stupid not to try anything to keep them. That team could go back to Omaha next year with the guys they have right now.
As a longhorn fan I appreciate your professionalism, in a day and age where balanced rational journalism seems to be fading it’s a breath of fresh air to see you speaking with such balance towards ALL the programs, you don’t allow your love for LSU cloud your judgement or analysis and I love that. If you really think those two situations are the same then you truly don’t understand what’s going on. People criticizing the idea of A&M players being recruited to Texas before the season is over by individuals still employed by A&M is not remotely close to LSU (or anyone) recruiting A&M players who have now voluntarily entered their name in to the transfer portal. If you are that uneducated on the entire situation, no one needs to hear your opinion.
Why not texas is trying to flip our guys we just think it's funny that texas is poaching it's own states other major collage yall are vultures at least we go after other states and teams lsu didn't poach Tulanes coach or top players apples and grapefruit my guy
