How about a popular Taiwanese comfort food Lu Rou Fan, braised pork and egg over rice!!
Traditionally the dish is made with hard-boiled eggs. While I really enjoy the hard-boiled eggs that absorb porky soy sauce flavor, I wanted to also have runny yolk soft-boiled eggs!!
So easy to make in the Vermicular Musui-Kamado cast iron induction cooker, but you can also make this dish using any kind of cast iron pot on a regular stovetop!!
