Hi, I'm on RU-vid now!! I'll be sharing two series of fun cooking recipes on this channel.
One is called "Vegetable Sushi" where I create delicious and artistic sushi using local farmers' market vegetables. All recipes are vegetarian and vegan friendly!!!
The other series is called "One Pot Cooking with Vermicular". In this series, I am cooking with my favorite kitchen gadget that I found. I love this Vermicular Musui-Kamado cast iron pot but you can make these recipes with any kind of cast iron pot on a conventional stovetop!!

Could you share with me about your secret vinegar recipe chef? :D Or can you give me advice how to make it brown? I saw it brown on youtube sushi Chefs… :D I want to develop in sushi but in Poland its not that easy :/ Ofc Im going to do AJSA certfication
How does this not have more views? The making of that tamagoyaki was masterful. I absolutely love that stuff and really need to learn how to make it myself.
