@@ZephyrBW He's a villain on Arrow portrayed by the same actor. Since this is in the arrowverse and the show starts 5 years before Arrow, it had me on edge for a while
nope stupid beyond belief... this brain washed lying that little girls an women can wipeout any man any where , is going to start getting them killed.. But the vile Feminist movement " Muslim Rights are Women rights" ( so say the million women hate march ) is so stupid an vile that Best woman swimmer is Man an the smartest Highest Woman winner on a Game show (Jeopardy ) is also A Man!.. everyway you cut it, just vile racist an sexist hate coming out of that movement who then Complain "like little girls" :):) hahah, when Held to their own screwball Standards...
When Dan pretends that his name is Belios and Trixie called it a weird name I was a bit surprised. She knows people who are named Lucifer and Amenadiel.
She says the same to Lucifer when they met the first time, doesn’t she? Is it not a hint that she gets the vibe of him probably being at-all related to them by naming scheme alone?
@@TheRealRehman she’s going to be the President of Mars definitely. And if that doesn’t work out she’ll be a ninja chemist Maze could definitely teach her to be a ninja.
I realized something, Dan's guilt is pretty blatant and those around him had failed to notice it. He repeatedly refused to be at the side of his daughter, afraid to hear her pain, afraid to hear her blame him for dying. After all, a daughter is a father's pride and joy.
"After all, a daughter is a father's pride and joy." @Hooper Neon why don't you go and tell it to all the fathers who abandoned their daughters. Let's see what they say to that.
@@nicolebrosy8141 Whoa, hey! Why in the world do you have to be so argumentative about it? I merely stating my revelation about Dan's situation. If you have daddy issues, go blog about it. Don't rant at a random comment that got no business with you.
@@nicolebrosy8141 a daughter is a fathers pride and joy. Those men that abandon their children are not fathers. Just because you have sex and have a child. Doesn't automatically make you a father. A definition of a father is more than that. Any man can have a child but not all men can be a father. Shame on you for thinking these men are fathers.
As someone who's father left when I was 2 and I've never met him, there are plenty of men who are better than that and so hopper neon was not wrong good for him he's talking about healthier more mature men. 💜
That stranger danger was perfect. Dan talking to Trixie was what he need. To know she saw her dad as the best. That he would always be with her. He could then know she would be okay. He could go to Heaven.
When I first saw Dan died, I was gutted. He was one of the good ones, it’s so sad how he died.. & seeing him go to heaven just gave me some closure that he’ll be alright. I know it’s just fictional, but to me… TV show characters is all I got.
The may not exist in reality, but they exist in our heart. To some it may sound weird, but to us they represent our world. They teach us. They guide us. They inspire us. They are our mentors, friends and family.
Dan’s death was the saddest moment of the entire show. I remember crying after Trixie found about his death and Maze reflecting on his moments. Dan was the best character on the show imo. From being a bad cop to forgiving himself and being better. The arc with Charlotte was great too! Seeing Dan see the light almost brought a tear to my eye. Seeing him being reunited with Charlotte was beautiful. Nothing but love for this character 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾❤️❤️❤️ Thank you Dan🙏🏾
Dan was a bit of the clown in the show but they also portrait him as a capable and way above the average guy. His death was a shock. I remember I thought "You are killing one of the best characters". I am glad they brought him back in some way.
Trixie is in the middle of a camp, surrounded of people (Chloe mentioned that people saw Trixie talking with Le Mec). I bet that Le Mec think that kidnapping Trixie is going to draw more attention than necessary.
One of two scenes that definitely produced 😭. Special mention of Scarlett Estevez as Trixie. Everything from adorable to heartbreaking. Hope she has a long career.
@@Caseytify more than one season you could say that about. Would've liked to have seen more of her relationship as she (the character) got older l, with Maze, and contributing to Maze's "humanity." Will never forget her in the hospital when Dan dies. Heartbreaking doesn't begin...
@@ianbellis7064 She’s on Disney’s Bunked and she was in Daddy’s Home. So let’s hope her parents don’t screw her on her money like so many other child actors had done to them.
My mum when Dan couldn’t leave because of guilt immediately like “he needs to say goodbye to his daughter as it’s the hardest thing for a parent to do is to leave their child” welll
i felt so bad for dan in this scene bc it’s fairly obvious he would’ve done anything to let trixie have one last hug from her dad, while she’s aware it’s actually him. the entire scene is just bittersweet with trixie talking about how much she looked up to dan and how he’ll always be with her while dan had thought she would be angry at him for leaving
She’s the president of Mars - Duh I loved when Maze took her tricker treating and showed her demon face Trixie wasn’t scared. Also how actress Tricia Halifer came back as the Goddess for Lucifer and she was Dracula on Van Helsing.
I love how offended Trixie gets when Dan says he wasn't able to be a good role model, and rightly puts him in his place. He taught her to be a good person and she wouldn't stand for anyone saying otherwise.
I love how several episodes of this show have struck me in my heart and changed something within. I'm aware I'm a great guy and people love me alright, but now i feel I can be better and do better. And also heal more along the way ❤️
Honestly, I never cried so hard watching a TV show than on the last 2 episodes of Lucifer... This scene had me bursting like a freaking fountain. The level of your old decent humanity in this show is amazing.
Um... he literally let his wife take the heat for a cop being put in a coma and be a pariah in the dept. Helped steal evidence, tried to have Lucifer killed putting his daughter at risk in the process... yeah not a good guy at first, and definitely deserving of the ribbing Lucifer gives him. But he does grow and change, so that is why it is a good character arc
i remember watching the show, and this was the scene that i started crying uncontrollably over, and then my first thought was 'Dan! Dan is the person who made me started crying?'
My favorite part of this whole scene is to just imagine that this is what God did after losing his powers in Supernatural. Just a vessel to be used to help other people.
I love how Dans character development didn't end when he died. Normally a characters death is the end to anything going with them but in the lucifer universe nope.
As someone who lost their dad early without having really built any strong relationship with him, this scene hit so hard. We were never close but I know how proud he was of me, and it bothers me everyday I never got to show him my own appreciation. 10/10 got me bawling so hard. On the other note, it's fucking crazy that from Trixie's perspective who doesn't know Dan is possessing his body, she could have been talking to some random stranger, a stranger WHO KILLED HER FATHER.
When I first watched season 1 of Lucifer, if anyone had told me I'd genuinely tear up not once but twice over Detective Douche........ I'd have been sceptical
@@jayjenkins4050 Men who take to the role of toxic masculinity don't cry, real men who are confident in their masculinity do cry and can tap into their emotions and feminine side without feeling any less masculine than the next man
Never thought I'd say this, but I'm glad to see Dan make it to heaven. For the longest time, I thought he was going to actually take Lucifer's place in Hell. But they took his character somewhere completely new. This last season felt so rushed...I wish Trixie had gotten to see what we saw.
