lumberluc Why is this being put up like she even believes that’s the case? Kinley’s the one claiming such, she just didn’t say anything to disprove him.
@@aidenharper6013 You know, I saw your comment earlier and was so confused, I was like “why would these two be wrong in the same thing?”, so I decided to google the ten commandments and made a discovery. I found two versions of the commandments because of the catholic church, which has the ten commandments written differently AND in a different order from what the bible says... I was raised catholic and made to memorise that order that’s different from yours (I even had tests on that 😭).
It is fascinating that the series still portraying that Eve is still easy to be manipulate like what the snake did to her to eat the apple and now the priest to release him to help her with Lucy
@cordia die Eve: pass on this message tell them to come and get their king, you tell them to come and save Lucifer..Kinley: What makes you think i am going to hell? Eve: Just a hunch.
Yeah, NO ONE really believes that Lucifer's first love was Eve. Or he is in love with Eve. Maze, Amenadiel, Linda, The Goddess knows it's Chloe. Lucifer knows it's Chloe. Father Kinley got it right the first time, it's Chloe. Even Eve knows it wasn't her but she's in denial. The only person who doesn't know of Lucifer's first love or who loves Chloe is Chloe herself. 😂
Even audience. Printer scene, car-scene, bom-scene, etc. They handle love-triangle so much better than Pierce-of-shit. Fun seeing eve on the show rather than Mr. P.
Ohhh Eve, why are you so easily manipulated. First Luci now the priest? Funny thing is that she untied him to kill him because she wanted to deliver the message.
Munie Balkyz Isn’t it less her being manipulated and more her using the situation for her own gain? A priest wants to “offer” her exclusivity with Lucifer; who is she to argue with a steal? She’s passingly aware of how “things” are between Lucifer and Chloe, so Hell’s about the only place she can be secure about having Lucifer “all to herself.” To be certain he ended up there, she had to at least let him “try” to kill her, else she’d get blood on the rug.
Eve planning to takeLucifer somewhere where its just the two of them awfully sounds like being in the garden of Eden where its been just her and Adam for the longest time
Some people preferring Eve over Chloe just because Chloe is "boring" haha. No hate to the actress, but i prefer the detective. Yeah, she's not wild and outgoing but Chloe is WAY BETTER.
"Just a hunch . . ." **shivers** So I am absolutely spoiling season 4 for myself; I haven't had the chance to watch it yet. But moments like this get me so excited to get to it!! :D
Daystorm, I agree! The tonality with which she delivered the line was chilling.... Until now, she played the preppy, ditsy bit very well. Looks like v gotta watch out. Sm serious acting chops coming our way.
I love how he assumes Eve would automatically go to Hell but he wouldnt Dude She was in heaven for according to the show hundreds of thousands of years I mean shes made rash decisions but shes also helped save lives while back on earth No angels are coming to try and rush her back to heaven because shes been bad Vs hes already killed people before, and plans to in the future
You know what I hate about this episode? It’s when after this happens and Maze sees that the priest is gone that Eve lies to to Maze instead of telling the truth. I mean the whole story with Eve is she got manipulated by the devil and took the forbidden fruit, so it wouldn’t be a shock if she told the truth and said that the priest manipulated her into thinking she could get someone to convince Lucifer to go back to hell.
Lucifer didn't manipulate Eve, he just asked her, "what she truly wanted." Eve say so to Chloe in Ep5 when they talk about Lucifer. Eve says quite clearly, "On one ever asked me if that's I wanted [being Adams wife], except for him." He ask you what you truly want and then pens the door for you; whether or not you walk through is or not is up to you. This isn't Bible stories.
This may be an unpopular opinion, but I always felt sorry for Eve. Her lack of life experiences - in any time period - has made her a very naive and unknowingly selfish person. The only thing she really knows is love, and even her knowledge of that is minimal and confused. As she says to Chloe, she didn't choose Adam, she was created for him, and no one asked her if that's what she wanted, apart from Lucifer. Adam, in her eyes, was still hung up on Lilith so Eve tried to change to become the thing he wanted. She thinks this is the right thing to do and therefore does it with Lucifer when he starts treating her badly. Chloe calls her selfish, but most of the time, she isn't. Her trying to get Lucifer back to Hell isn't just because she's in love with him, but because she thinks that is the best place for him to be.
@@geoboy700 Eve was never Lucifer's true love, she was just a fling too Lucifer, Chloe has always been Lucifer's true love and redemption. Chloe is Lucifer's salvation.
@Karen Zhen Chloe is Lucifer's redemption, love can redeem the devil while love turns a Demon into a saint. In the centuries and eons that Lucifer has governed hell he's never had a Queen by his side. And i know this thread is old.
Maze hiding her knifes under desks? With a new baby on the way?!😭 Anyway - But she deserved Maze snapping at her. Maze had made herself emotionally vulnerable multiple times throughout this episode to try and show Eve that she was ACTUALLY interested in her and she kept going on about making Lucifer jealous. Singing for her (Kudos to Lesley-Ann for blessing us with her amazing voice, I get chills everytime I see that performance), attempting to cheer her up, even helping her do what ever she wanted to until she couldnt take it anymore. Me personally I think Eve was doing it on purpose a bit because when Maze first hinted, Eve's body language changed. She looked Maze up and down, and asked "Like who?", checking her out, and it wasnt until Maze confirmed her intentions by her head tilt that she backed away a bit until she saw Lucifer, and used Maze's Interest in her to make him jealous or something. Sorry I really like reading body language. I despised S4 Eve. I love S6 Eve though and I love the fact that Mazeve was endgame!
When Eve tells priest to give the message when he goes to hell, it really funny how she puts it and the priest was like "damn 💥" , it's actually a chaotic situation but it's kinda funny 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I haven't seen season 4 yet, (yeah I know I'm spoiling it for myself. Cause I'm binge watching Lucifer and I'm on S3) but just my watching this an other clips, I already don't like Eve.
We know eve is Never going to hell! Even she killed Kenley she was not guilty she was protecting herself. AND She was never really belong to hell she's the first woman who even produce hundreds of children and multiple them too!
I WONDER WHO WILL REALLY SURVIVE AT THE END OF THIS FREAK SLEAZY TRAIN. PERHAPS NOBODY. LETS TAKE WRITERS N DIRECTORS TOO THIS TIME. THEY WILL MAKE GUD SACRIFICES TOO. LETS TAKE THEM ALL TOGETHER. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Why does everyone hate eve so much I love eve and if anyone is selfish it’s Chloe. I don’t ship deckerstar. Chloe is selfish I don’t like Chloe like at all
How is she selfish tho? Everything Chloe does is for the sake of other people especially her daughter. She acts strict, yes but definitely not selfish. Lucifer is literally the devil and can be a possible bad influence to her child because you know, he's the fucking devil.
