Seems like a great little incubator and sure can fit alot of gecko eggs, need a bigger one l think for snakes, good review.

@@NORTHERNEXOTICS Does this same manufacturer make a larger model that doesn't jump way up in price? I'm going to be breeding Ball Pythons on a small scale (2-3 clutches at a time), but most incubators I've found are $400 minimum.

Hi, I have this incubator but the "down" button has stopped working any idea how to fix it? Or take the front off to have a look at the wiring?

i am going to be using it for crested gecko eggs using hatchrite as well. in the manual it says to add water to they bottom tray for humidity i was just curious as to if i need to add the water to it or not thanks in advance

Can you clean between the window panels of the door? Night second hand and it has a bit of mould and dust

The handle is because it has a adapter in the back for you to use it in the car, if you needed to travel with them. Handle is to carry it to and from the car. Also has a mute button at the back of the fan is too loud for you.

What do you recommend for the best incubator?? Also when Measuring the humidity, is it best to measure the inside of deli cup or outside the cup but I side the Incubator

If i put it on the normal side does it usually mute on its own? Mine has always been on the normal noise side but it mutes on its own idk if this is normal.

Do you put water in the tray at the bottom when incubating the eggs for humidity just got mine today. I'm breeding lepoard geckos as well also what temperature for females?

I know it’s late but I just ordered one of these for extra space since I’m using a smaller one atm and it was cheap so I couldn’t pass it up. Only problem is it won’t heat past 27 C which isn’t good enough. I’m not sure if it’s just defective or what though.

Other reviews on this, just labeled by another brand but same exact incubator, they always say the temps fluctuate to much to trust it. Top is always 3 to 5 degrees higher than bottom.. Do you ever have this issue?

That's a cool little incubator! I was wondering if the shelves are removable and whether it's big enough to fit 3 clutches of Ball Python eggs? Can we get these with a US plug instead of the UK plug? Most incubators I've priced are around $400 minimum. These sound much more reasonable (if they work well enough for Ball Python egg incubation).

I guess it'll depend on the clutch size. I don't think they would fit. Why not get another female and use her babies to outway the costs of a bigger incubator

Hi, I’m looking at incubators at the moment for carpet pythons just one clutch to start. Would this be suitable and how do you go about checking humidity? Do you include dishes of water during the process or would you spray? Thanks for any help

When do leopard geckos start ovulation in the UK I mean when do I need to start looking out for ovulation? I can't find a solid answer as everywhere I look says somthing different.

Hey northern exotics I made a video on feeding my savannah monitor in case u watch it just know the recording of the feeding was filmed a few days ago before I started starving him. He still hasn't eaten any insects. I tagged u in it just so that anyone who watches it can come watch ur care video and know the true way to take care of a savannah monitor.

Hi there. I'm seriously thinking of getting one of these. I'm a bird breeder and am thinking this can be used both as an incubator and then a brooder for baby parrots. Since after they hatch they can't make their own body temperature for a few weeks. Do you think this would work well as a brooder too? And since I'm using it for birds I'll have to find an egg turner.

The handle is designed because it can also be used as a transporter - it can also be pluged-in in car...

Hiya I just got one of these incubators after watching your review. I have put a thermometer inside and it's saying 24.5 but the screen on the incubator it's saying 27°c what am I doing wrong please?

Forget the temp on the screen put a hydrometer probe inside egg box and go by that. Raise or lower temps accordingly

I would have bought one but checking the price is now £204 on the amazon link thats a big increase from £75 even by shopping around it has doubled in price.

Interesting review, which really doesn't help people choose which commercial offerings to go for. If you are doing a review you should know what all the buttons do. My guess is that the mute button turns the alarm sounder off and has nothing to do with the fan (presuming there is an alarm setting ??? - don't know because you didn't tell us)... Also you mention the noise... well plug it in so we can hear how loud it is whilst heating. All I know about this product from your review is that you can get 72 gecko eggs in it. You mention you might be doing more product reviews in future, if so can you please make it more in depth, and demonstrate them...

It wasn't aimed at which incubator is better so you can chose more if your looking into this incubator this is what it's like . Reviewing this product not a number of different products to find out the best . I didn't tell you about the alarm because there isn't one . The noise created feedback through the microphone while filming so it's not possible to get the correct noise. It came through either to loud, to quite or static but I'll take your feedback on board

Please take my comments as constructive not negative criticism. Based on what you have said I'll keep looking for something to replace my ageing Reptibator from ZooMed

Seen some very negative reviews for snake egg incubation. I guess the larger tubs stop the heat/air circulating which may explain the temp discrepancies with the snake egg reviews I've seen 🤷🏼‍♂️

Mainly Doncaster reptile show but I've had a few in as rescues that I've kept instead of rehoming . I like to rescue animals in need . Get them to health and find them a forever home

I was actually hoping for you to actually show how to use it because you didn't do anything you just talked that does not help at all I want to visually see what I need to do because apparently all it does is light up at the moment and I have no idea what to do the instructions seem to be garbage and only like seven pages long with no actual information
