Agree with you Paul and I'd like to see Farke given a full pre-season and his choice of players signed pre-season, but he has to be top 2 or 3 by the first Int'l break or the board has to have a conversation about him.

Nice balanced opinion Paul I've got a fairly clear idea of what I'd like to see Gnonto and Summerville sold for as much as we can get. Well north of 50m ideally Rutter and James out wide, with a really good new no 10 brought in. Keep Rodon for sure. Assuming Roberts is totally gone, we need a right back Then it depends who else leaves, whether any of the fringe players EG Gyabi, cresswell get a look, and who else we can get in. There are a few positions to strengthen as you pointed out Ideally we'll get some good bargains like Ampadu was but also some grizzled championship bastards as the square ball put it, like say McLean from Norwich who can help us get out of the league even if they aren't good enough for the prem

6 players 3 places problem. Rutter/ Piroe Joseph / Bamford and Darlow / Meslier. Solve it and we might just evolve as a team.

Employ a GK coach to teach Meslier how to dominate his area. Especially on crosses and corners. Or, buy a dominant GK. Employ set-piece coach. Or buy free-kick specialist. Employ coach who knows how to breakdown low-block defences. Employ a shooting coach for the likes of Rutter and midfielders. Employ a tactical/subs coach, to change the game early enough so we can fight back in losing positions. Farke did not improve any of these weaknesses for Leeds the whole season. Awful when you become so predictable that the Leeds fans have screamed for change the whole season.

The top four were way ahead of the rest of the Championship. Only Leeds remain and must surely fancy they can compete with the relegated teams who only had one year in the Prem this time round. Of course someone will emerge from below in the division too, but it is a good position for Leeds next season. No need to try a revolution.

Thanks for the therapy over the past few months, Paul. Firstly, haven't we all had just enough of Wee Willy's commedia dell'arte histrionic style (i.e. flopping about, gesticulating wildly at the ret, being "petulant" which seems a 2s-synonym for "immature") that's clearly better suited for the Serie A than the EFL? It's "So long, been good to know yah ... and don't let the door hit you on the way out" time for him. Secondly, my view is that Young Grey is too green and physically slight to be playing in the middle of the park. Much better to have him earn his stripes, stay healthy and use his pace on the flanks -- where there's less pressure. Thirdly, agreed that Rodon's a keeper if we can sign him. Flash is very over-rated; steadiness is what LUFC needs. Cheers.

i got to 1 minute 55. how did you not mention left back? yes firpo has had his best form under farke but he is a walking wet digestive, his injury record for leeds is shite! im also not disagreeing with the other positions but we simply dont have that kind of money to buy 2 wingers a 10 and a 9 lol best we can hope for as much as i hate to say it is get harrison and wober back. summerville will be sold no doubt but aparently jack clarke is a free agent?? can cresswell be back up for rodon? sign byram up for another year, give joseph more minutes

We are basically hoping farke gets us promotion with a far weaker squad and exactly the same tactics 😅 Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results is the definition of madness springs to mind😅

Think we loose Summerville, Gnonto, Firpo, Creswell. Rodon to low PL team and Robert's and Anthony go back to parent club. We will need 1Lw, 1 Rw, 1 true 10, 2Lb, 2Rb, 3Cb. A goalie and midfielder who knows where net is, is a wish list. I see another rough start to the season with another 3rd finish but win playoffs MOT
