I agree, but Christopher was 16 years old, and i dont know. He wasn't used to having any real responsibilities. He was more responsible with Gigi. Also, how much did Loralei let Christopher spend time with Rory.

@@Hi-jw7oq He was hardly responsible with Gigi. He left the parenting to Sherri, while he was away, until she left and he then got his mom and nannies to do the raising

Not too mention she kept April's life a secret from Luke for the past 12-years. Let's not forgot she got all put out when Lorelei hosted April's 13th birthday party. Everyone had fun, everyone was safe, but she turned into a complete Karen Krazy when Lorelei visited her shop to try and explain things. Now that was F*ck3d up IMO.

Which is so ironic bc he pushed lorelai away to focus on his relationship with april and yet she ended up being the one who helped him to sway the judge's decision

( He lives above a dinner he works at) No he owns the building and the dinner , even in the early 2000s you had to be making a pretty good amount of money to own a entire building. His relationship with women? Isn't her mother single? How many would be daddies did april have to say goodbye to when it didn't work out Witcher mother?

Reminds me of my mother having a fight with a old family friend while they went on a trip in another state and rather then considering our family’s feelings she insisted that we do not see our childhood friend again who was the daughter of the old friend of my mom’s. I think it’s rather selfish from her part but you know what I am going to go make amends with my childhood friend and her mom on my terms. In this scene, April should have decided who she wanted to stay with, the ironic thing is my old friend faced a similar custody battle years ago and now she is 18

Rory is an adult. Christopher waltzing back into her life once the task of raising a child is finished does not suddenly diminish the fact that she raised Rory alone

That only makes it better, bigger punch for Christopher

only because he was back in their lives for a few months at that point and threw with money around, doesn't make him a father. She was 16 when he came back! He is lucky she wanted to see him, I wouldn't have.

But he was right about Lorelai being in denial. Luke was her endgame whether we wanted that or not. And Christopher knew he was in it for the ride and they could never truly be together and Rory and their childhood would be all that the two of them had left, no matter how much he loved her

No As much as i hate Anna Luke was the one responsible with him keeping a secret and then pushing the woman he claims to LOVE away when he didnt have to

Yeah I mean he'd been running the diner for years and it's a well beloved place

enough that he can loan lorelai 30000$ at the drop of a hat, and there was that other time he tried to loan her 15000$ but she wouldn't take it
