A couple of weeks back me and my new band played our first gig ever in Cinetol Amsterdam for a small seated audience (this was due to Covid restrictions). It was my first performance with a band in about 18 months, since the start of the pandemic. I set up my phone in the back of the venue to record the video, and I asked the sound engineer to record the show for me, so I could take the audio home where I mixed this track and edited the video together.
This song is called Lullaby (Clear Your Head). It's taken from my first solo EP called Old Friend which I released in 2015. Me and the band created this new full band-version of the song during the rehearsals for our first couple of gigs. I think it came out really well, especially for a first live performance. Let me know what you think of this version! I'll put a link to the original version in the video as well, for comparison :)
