When I lived in Japan, this is basically how I ate everyday too : no 'white' carbs, high protein and variety of vegetables and fungi. I also didn't particularly add any exercise to my daily routine (although I walked everywhere while living there), and I managed to slim down two dress sizes quite naturally. Your recipes are easy and looks tasty too - I can't wait to give them a try.
i started minding my diet in feb of this year, and managed to lose 7kgs in 2 months..but 2 months ago, i havent been consistent, due to busy mom schedule and work, and I've gained another kilo 😅😅 watching this motivates me to get back to my routine..thanks!!

I took a training class at work once that was given by an environmental engineer. He explained how various plastics leech chemicals when heat is applied but he warned us that saran wrap (plastic wrap) leeches the MOST chemicals because of how thin it is. I never use plastic wrap on food when I intend to heat it up. He specifically told us to avoid it when heating food. I'm just putting this information out there for anyone that cares to accept it. I'm not hating on anyone or their methods. Just giving the information and you can make your own decision or research more. Your meals look absolutely delicious. ☺
Oh maybe I missed something but does she eat 3 bento meals + Miso Soup per day? Or only two?? These bentos Looks sooo delicious - no Wonder that she was able to loose so much wheight easily in that short time 🥰
Hello mam, I love that you mention reducing dishwashing! And I also notice that you cook the rice in a bulk and freeze them for later. Do you by chance know how long we can keep the frozen brown rice before it spoils?
Hi, thanks for your comment! About the frozen brown rice, I keep them for 2 weeks at least, and doesn’t get taste bad. I think you can keep them for 1 month, but if you put them longer, it is getting tastes bad.

This looks delicious and nutritionally sound. What you eat every day is what my nutritionist recommended me as well. Lots of protein to keep me satiated because I need to control my insulin level during the day and cannot eat between meals. Lots of protein and veggies with some carb have kept me full between meals and not craving for snacks. And yes, I am also steadily losing weight while feeling strong and energetic despite not being able to exercise much (healing from a foot injury). Thank you so much for the detailed advice.
