Thank you cambrie! I nearly cried during the stretch. Such beautiful words, I felt very in tune with my feminine energy during this workout/ stretch! I’ve followed on and off for a while but these hormone balancing workouts as well as the 10 minute beach workout, you did a while back have absolutely nocked it out of the park!! Thank you!!!
