The Charme: We are thrilled to present our first family friendly tiny home: the Charme. This unit was designed for a young Ontario family and includes all of the amenities necessary for full-time use in the harshest climate. Indeed, with insulating values of R34 in the floor, R24 in the walls and R44 in the roof along with a change of air per hour of 1.12, this tiny house is designed to be very energy efficient. This model is distinguished in particular by its large accommodation capacity and its numerous storage spaces. Inspired by the Ébène and Magnolia, this model will convince many people who have preconceived ideas about the type of clientele that tiny homes are aimed at.

And sadly even in the tiny home space know one likes to talk about you only see people who obviously have the resources or even the freedom of options who can choose to live this way even though most can have more if they wanted in the first place. You're right this should be a standard especially in the lower income inner cities instead of ghettos. This would be a good way to lead to home ownership and keep places beautified, instead of gentrification. So in the end everybody wins.

This is absolutely exquisite. Everything is so thoughtfully designed, and the clients’ needs are completely taken care of. I could see myself - as a single person -living in this and having the upstairs loft be the hang-out room for my pets as well as office space for me. More I see how creative these tiny homes builders are, the more I want one. 🙏❤️

Of all the builders I've watched on RU-vid, yours are the ones I save to watch over and over again. This house is perfect. Imagine if that mainfloor bedroom was a Murphy bed instead?! It could be be turned into a 'man cave', but then the extra storage would be lost. The stairs with the tempered glass is an excellent idea!

This is the first time I've seen this channel. I am a very senior senior, so the downstairs bedroom was what immediately caught my eye. The two upstairs areas would be great as well as a den/reading/craft area, and the other as a guest room. The only changes I would make for mine would be to add a tub with the shower capability, and ditch the dishwasher and perhaps put in a decent oven. This is one of the few tiny houses I have seen that I would seriously consider, even at my age! Beautifully done. Merci!

You can change the shower with glass doors to a tub with a shower curtain. These options are available as choices.

Beautiful! So visually appealing and clever design. This is NOT a critique, merely a suggestion: maybe add a fold down or up table/counter top above the built in corner bench between the door and kitchen countertop. This way you can creat more countertop space. If you make it a little longer, going past the kitchen countertop into the walkway, it can then be used as a desk or eating bar. Secondly, maybe use a projector and screen across from the couch on the wall. The TV on the wall does not allow for the whole family to view whilst on the couch with ease. Such a fantastic space! Proudly Canadian!

This is by far the best tiny house design I have seen on RU-vid, and I have watched hundreds of tiny home videos. I would actually like this for myself as a single person, and maybe get rid of the main floor bedroom to make a larger living room/dining area.

Great layout! Love the symmetric stairs design and the "unsual" room on the ground floor. I've seen hundreds of tiny homes and this one probably takes the crown even though it needed some personal tweeks...

le charme is gorgeous!! i have a long way to go, but this is something i definitely want to own in the future!! the bedroom is perfect and the kitchen leaves little to desire!! the only thing i would change is the white interior for a black/ olive interior to fit my style, but i must say i am impressed and always excited when watching these tours! by far minimaliste is the best manufacturer of tiny homes on the market, no doubt!! 🖤

i love how everything is well thought of, from the floor system for overall heating to the exhaust fan at the ceiling for humidity extraction. And im impressed how u guys make it look huge and open, this contradicts the belief the tiny houses should be narrow and uncomfortable. And i feel like that u design this house for me lol cos im a minimalist and my style is white mix with wood
