And not a word about the house being Asian ( Japanese) inspired- the gardens' design, the sakura flowers and Japanese maple tree, f. ex. , the roof and the style of the house itself.

Properties in Vancouver area (Victoria, Vancouver, Richmond....etc) are much more than over price. It could be reasonable when the price dropped until 30% of the current price.

I live on Russian Hill, San Francisco...yes, high grade materials, however, this home is EXTREMELY OVERPRICED ! real estate is all about location, location, location of the parcel...

I enjoy watching these Vancouver house tours for satirical purposes. I assume that is the literal purpose since the presenter is speaking English and the buyer understands Chinese. I guarantee if the realtors selling this had 8 mil to spend on a house anywhere in the world, they wouldn't be buying this. Vancouver is just an ideal money laundering locale.

HUGE OVER PRICED... there is nothing in the house worth $7.3 million - Cheap floors and counters...and washer and dryer aren't high end and neither is the kitchen... You should get a HUGE MANSION for $7.3M
