Your face before and after says it all 😊 yes there’s sort of a rappy part and as a native speaker I can tell you it’s VERY hard to speak Italian at that speed in a song. FYI the title means something like “Shut up and behave”. I suggest you look up the lyrics on the net too, they’re very interesting. They’re also surprisingly young: the vocalist, Damiano, is the oldest and is only 22.

It's funny how the song is about people making nasty assumptions about others without evidence and that's exactly what people did to them after they won. People claimed they singer did coke live from a picture of him bending down on the table but it was proven by taking a drug test he voluntarily took right after and another camera angle proving he wasnt.

Yes you are correct about Damiano's voice. He has a little Freddie Mercury and a little Eddie Vedder all mixed together and it is perfection! I am totally in love with this band, I'm an American! As a lifelong rocker and metalhead myself these guys are tearing it up and they are on fire ... HOLY HELL! 😀🤘

I have been a massive Queen fan ever since 1986. I've never been in love with a band so much ever since 1986like with Maneskin. Damiano, the singer, must be the reincarnation of Jim Morrison, Kurt Cobain and Freddie Mercury in one person. Fuck, this guy is LEGEND!

Just so you know the instrumental in Eurovision isn't live, only the vocals! They have a very limited amount of time in between songs so it's impossible for them to have live instrumental - I feel like most people don't know that. That being said, if you watch any of their live performances Ethan, Vic and Thomas are indeed amazing! Glad you enjoyed it xx

I have seen many RU-vid commentators from all over the world move their heads up and down to the rhythm of bass, drums and electric guitar of this band of very young boys from Rome who started their careers as simple buskers ... The Maneskin deserve to travel the world to do live concerts!

They are putting so much emphasis in this song because it literally talks about finally reaching recognition in spite of many obstacles ("I used to be left outside, now I'm kicking through those doors") and unjustified hate ("they talk, unfortunately they talk, even if they don't know what they're talking about"). Singing at eurovision (and then winning it) is the kind of recognition they longed for. They are former buskers.

I am a Brit Married to an Italian, I got in to Italian music 26 years ago. The singers are the best singers in the world in my opinion. If you like a a rasp and husk. You need to check out the legend known as Zucchero, world famous. He sang a song of his in the 80s for the uk market, with Paul Young and it went to number one.. He in his late 60s now but still going strong and still churning out choons . Song you got to try is a recent one, FREDOM by Zucchero
