Good job, gave me some basic answers on my '57 W300. Definitely a couple bad cylinders, but couldn't rule out a bearing or two. Thanks for puttin up the vid. Just have to break out the knuckle busters.
the bolts text to the lugs turn them clock wise in order it will push the drum off also on these stuck bolts i used freeze off in spray can spray it on a nut dont wait take the nut off it helps alot itworked ever time i tried it advansed auto carries it very good when you can not use heat those bolts are like pulling a fly wheel off
i had to replace all my shoes and wheel cylinders -----vintage power wagon has all these parts if need them going from memory the rear and front brake cylinders are diff one is bigger watch that
a simple test to start if you have access to a dirt road go down the road in a hurry slam on brakes stop get out check slid marks all wheels all 4 should be about the same now to the adj ment if needed ther is abig nut on back side f each wheel you need some help with this have somr to pess brake pedal after you try to spin the wheel ofcorse you jack each wheel up turn that big nut till the the brake stop the wheel this is not bleeding the brakes this adj move the shoe closerththe drum wiout actualy touching i realize this is lengthy but you willneed bleed the brakes after this you should end with 3/4 of a pedal
there is a bolt on thr rear of the drum itslikea cam when you turn it you spread the bottom of the shoes prob- need jack it up so you can spin the tire have some press brake pedal for you while you make this adj. do all 4 wheels read my comment below this to test if you got it right

Jack Collins Probably because traction has not gained on this channel or series yet. I have an M37 1953, and I do searches for videos on the topic often. I only found this channel by chance through a Facebook video I happened to come across, otherwise it never came up before.
do you need help with anypart of it i igot mine in 2011 not many parts i havent takan off and fixed i found a way to covert dist to civ. very easy and cheap less than 50.00 new wire and 2.00 plugs fixed mine 7 yrs ago never had a .problem since 20.00 s[park plugs too much if yoy have tble with 24 voltage reg and gen you replace the whole mess for around 80.00 with 28 volt alt 1 wire to connect
do not under stand you turniing that bottom bolt it just hold bottom of shoe in place its not tight the shoes are not holding the drum they do not touch thr drum unless you apply the brakes a lot of work for nothing
