I worked for Toshiba for almost two decades where they traied us thoroughly on their equipment line. I had to relocate in 2018 to go take care of my mother so I took a new job with a local regional company. This is great. Thanks for posting this. i'm not a technology sort of person but as a secretary I have a feeling when I need to replace the maintenance kit (which the printer is warning will be soonish) I'm going to be the one doing it. Watching this sets my mind at ease.

Nice and quick although I would advise not handling the new transfer roller with bare hands. Skin oil will cause quality problems.

After about a thousand prints out of the M602 printer, the speed of the printer slows down. Please suggest a solution. Thanks

First off if anyone touches a transfer roller like he did in this video then expect the life of that roller to reduce. The oil from your skin will destroy those.
