Thanks. If I remember correctly it was about 22 degree Celsius temperature drop when i run the car on the dyno last year. If you want more details I discussed it further in the Boosted 1UZ E85 Vs 98 dyno video. I hope this helps 👍

I had the car retuned after i installed the intercooler, it had 20whp increase

Hi Geoffrey. I am not looking to sell at this point in time as i am looking into producing them myself if they prove worth while. Thankyou for your interest though.

There is a company making them out of a phenolic material already but they do not look very aesthetically pleasing in my opinion. They do work well though.

I used Permatex Ultra Blue RTV Sealant.

The heat is being produce from the supercharger. Because it is being spun faster than it was designed to be run it starts to increase the temperature of the air as rpm increases

@@Brodorsport If it was engine heat phenolic spacers may have helped. It just seems weird to me that a spinning object could create 120 degree heat.

Yeah all blowers are like that unfortunately. They have a specific efficiency range they are supposed to run at and if you overdrive them they start to generate alot of heat. So basically a larger supercharger at the same boost level will blow cooler air that the smaller one could

@@coolhandluke1503 Its compressing air man, thats why its gets hotter.

@@coolhandluke1503 It's the Ideal Gas Law at work. As pressure increases, temperature increases. Supercharger's compress air into the engine, which in turn increase the temperature of that air. That's why intercoolers are used in these applications.
