My name is Daniel. Throughout my life, I have struggled with weight issues and faced bullying due to my body. Thanks to my own efforts, I have managed to achieve a healthier physique. However, I have recently been neglecting my health and gained some weight due to depression. Yes, I admit it, depression. I am feeling lost and scared about the direction of my life.

That is such a difficult experience, Daniel. I know what it's like to struggle with your body and deal with other people's judgements. It can feel like you are fighting a battle on two fronts, your own struggle and the discrimination from others. You have had so much success in your journey toward a healthier physique, that is a huge accomplishment. Even though you have gained some weight due to depression and you are feeling lost, you have the strength and courage to speak out and reach out for help. That is something you should be proud of.
