You can also use the same sauce to make baked vegetables with Portuguese sauce. (When the vegetables are cooked, bake them in the oven at 180 degrees for about 5 minutes.)
(Any four kinds of vegetables, radishes, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, eggplant, potatoes, etc.)
If you only have one vegetable, it’s called Baked Seasonal Vegetables in Portuguese Sauce.
It can also be used for baked crab caps, baked seafood rice, etc. (frozen seafood is recommended, fresh seafood is a bit wasteful), or other delicacies!
If you like, you can add some shredded coconut, coconut milk, and cheese to bake!
** Do not put too much turmeric powder, otherwise the taste will become bitter! **
