The cable that comes with the Mac is the USB C to USB C charger. On this video I am showing you the cable to use it with the PS4 controller. Last time that I tried I was not able to connect my PS4 controller with the bluetooth from the iMac, but I was able to use a dongle www.amazon.com/d/Playstation-4-Adapters/Sony-DUALSHOCK-USB-Wireless-Adapter-4/B01KHFIO82/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1548942705&sr=8-1&keywords=ps4+controller+dongle Please subscribed, take care!

Pasan Fernando the game run pretty good, but of course macbook pro is not for high end games😔. I played pretty good with those settings but i had to put a fan control app to decrease the overheating in the laptop and improved the performance.

TheMartian 32 for the moment is free. The prices are between 9$ or 20$ a month. They are not sure yet. The development for sure cost them a lot of money. So we have to wait for the final cost at least at the moment you can enjoy the free version. Thanks for subcribed :)
For sure it is better a direct connection more responsive. Playstation has a USB blueetooth receiver for windows and Mac (that works pretty good too). Welcome, I hope you subscribed
Macbook Pro 2018 is much better than Macbook Air in performance, Specifications are higher, and great for multitasking. Macbook Pro has a better video chipset to be able to run some good video games (most apple computer are designed for multitask) . Please do not forget to subscribed to my channel

What did he do with the controller @ 1:42. I am stuck on that screen and my PS4 controller does not work. Looks like he configures some button configs to turn it on or something?
Hey man how are you. I just connect the controller via usb. I went under setting and make sure that ps4 controller was selected. Which mac OS are you using? . Mojave?? . Don't forget to subscribed
Got the controller connected and is recognized and I even have pairs in Bluetooth but Fortnite does not seem to recognize any button pushes. Wonder if it has to do with epic launcher?
Of course it is possible to used. Or a bluetooth keyboard. With this macbook pro model the f1 f2 f3 functions and esc are digital (touchbar) so it is kind of hard to play with it. welcome to my channel dont forget to subscribed.
@@xlearntechnow I'm doing the same, Does the light of your controller stay orange when plugged to your MACBOOK? I'm charging the controller with my MacBook but the light stay always orange when plugged to my MacBook, therefore I can't tell when it is fully charged.
If you want to use a laptop for gaming, I highly recommend you to go with an Asus gaming 1000$ or more . Remember macs are not designed for gaming, an apex believe or not it is a pretty heavy game. My cousin a windows laptop nvidia with 3gb of video memory and he is not able to run apex, but he can run call of dutty warzone. Hope you subscribed and welcome.
@@xlearntechnow ok thx. I'm using it for school, but I just wanted to use it to play apex at a decent framerate as a placeholder for when i get an actual gaming pc
I bought the cable but it still doesn’t allow me to use the controller any tips or anything I can do to get my ps4 controller to work with the cable connected to the MacBook Pro
I will be doing some give aways, but not yet. Do not forget to subscribed. I just gave away a few weeks ago some black ops 4 beta codes. Thanks for watching.
Couldn’t say I know off the top of my head. I just use it occasionally for Fortnite, I’ve got a scuf controller. I’m thinking that maybe I need to download something to help with compatibility, because I already have adapters and it doesn’t work
Robbie Hart Seriously I’m not lying, of course I had screen tearing, but that was the highest consistent FPS I could get ok. But Fortnite is crap so I don’t even play it anymore
