Fished mackerel on the Jodrey State Fish Pier in Gloucester, MA. FYI, we caught 10 mackerel two weeks ago. Today, we got only one. Better than nothing though!

The recipes and food creations you have in each video. I’ve been hoping to catch mackerel lately up here in Maine , but I’m not sure how to catch them. Do you have any advice or tips on how to catch and when to search for them? Also what kind of rigs or brand of rigs do you use? Thank you so much your the man!!!!
I used sabiki rigs with two ounce sinker for mackerel fishing. Sabiki rigs are cheap, available in any bait shops or Amazon. Thanks for watching, Bjujtsu!

Thanks for watching, PhatesAwakening! Mackerel fishing is easy. I use a Sabiki rig and 2 oz sinker at the end. The best season is November in Gloucester, MA. You can catch mackerels in RI as well in Spring and fall.
안녕하세요. 토론토에 계시는군요. 궁금한 것이 있으시면 댓글이나 이메일로 연락 주세요 (bokyeopahn@gmail.com). 저는 보스턴 근교에서는 고기가 잘 잡히기 않아서 낚시를 거의 한하는 편입니다. 봄부터 늦가을까지는 주로 로드아일랜드주로 내려가서 낚시 합니다. 겨울철에는 갯바위나 피어에서는 잡을 수 있는 고기가 거의 없습니다. 1-2월에는 고기를 잡으려면 배를 타서 대구(Cod) 낚시는 갈수 있어요. 2-3월에 얼음이 꽁꽁 얼면 메인주에서 빙어 얼음낚시 할수 있구요.
