Pedal to the metal for this 51 year old classic BMW 2002 Ti.
In this day and age there are faster cars out there that's for sure. I my life I've driven all kinds of modern high performance cars around the Ring, but to drive at speeds like this with half a century old analogue technology brings the biggest smile on my face. No power steering, no ABS, no traction control. Nothing.
As an expert driver it are classic race cars that are giving me a long lasting buzzz and in my opinion the BMW 2002 E10 is 1 of the best chassis out there.
The Nürburgring should not be about chasing lap records. It should be all about having fun. Records will be broken. Fun will always be fun.
