What if Urouge's goal isn't to run away from Eneru, but to get revenge on him? I bet he's been searching the sky for Eneru, but Eneru is on the moon. Not finding him, Urouge goes to Whole Cake Island because it was stated that Big Mom has one of the best information networks in One Piece. Maybe he thought that information network could help him find Eneru

I'm at least partially sure Urouge was in opposition of Enel, just based off of the name of his crew, The Fallen Monk pirates. Given Urouge's personality, It's hard to imagine him working with that madman at all. My first thought was he fought against Enel, lost but didn't die (lightning logia in a place with no natural insulators with observation haki enhanced by his devil fruit against someone who can bounce back from the edge of death swinging twice as hard as he could before, deff could see that happening, or maybe he didn't have the fruit and Enel thought leaving him alive was worse), and fled to the blue sea to either seek the power to avenge his people, or as a self imposed exile for his failure. Given the amount of time before Urouge takes to the seas as a pirate, probably both, but started as the second. Near as I can see the skypieans weren't really religious, besides worshiping enel like there lives depended on it (which it did), so when he lands in the blue sea, probably injured, he gets taken in by monks, and he adopts their ways. Something happens to prompt the monk to take to the seas as a pirate, taking other members of the faith with him, and looking back on his past with the faith and Enel, he christens his crew the fallen monk pirates, and takes to the seas either on a pilgrimage to Raftel or seeking vengeance against Enel, now that he's stronger. Big mom's information network might be why he went to Totland, he's looking for Enel. This is all baseless conjecture based on the info we have, but it's a plot line that makes sense, and is fairly in line with most of the characters personalities. I have a feeling the next time we see Enel will be Urouge's character arc as a supernova, like how we had law's with Dofy. Oda's been sprinkling these little bread crumbs through the coverstories. Letting us know Enel is in fact on the moon. His new followers. Name dropping the third ancient weapon. Urouge being a Brika. He's setting up SOMETHING, and I have a sinking feeling the strawhats are going to space before they reach Raftel.

Monks and priests usually have access to ancient scriptures, this may explain how he would have known about important things about the moon or something deeper on the sky island lore.

I think people undersell Urouge's strength and accomplishments. He is the only non-strawhat to successfully take out a yonko commander and is making his way in the new world without having to form an alliance or join a yonko crew. Thats impressive! And I hear you typing "Oh but he only beat Snack!" but that's total circular logic. People dont think beating Snack was impressive because Urouge did it, and Urouge isn't impressive because he only beat Snack. It makes no sense! It's a yonko commander! So far Kid just got his arm lopped off when he tried to take one on

I just had a random thought about Urouge's devil fruit. His "retribution" absorbing damage reminds me of the reject dial, and he is from Skypeia. What if his devil fruit has something to do with dials?

What if Elbaf is actually a sky island, or even better, an "archipelago" formed by a blue sea island and some sky islands? I mean, it would fit with all the Norse mythology - with Midgard, Vallhalla, Jotumheim and other kingdoms. It would also connect with stories about giants like Jack and the Beanstalk, with castles on the clouds and things like that. That would actually give a good reason for Urouge to be there.

I would eat it for sure...imagine going in a fight where you are 80% as strong as your enemy...you do some damage,you read your opponent and if you get wrecked you just activate your ability and add your damage as strength and start fighting stronger again from the start...the stronger you get makes you tank more damage as the years go by witch is making you able to add even more strength with your devil fruit ability...such a beast ability

I kinda figured Kaidos fruit would be a Dragon fruit considering how much emphasis was put on Kinemon's hatred towards dragons. but I was expecting a western/European style dragon to contrast Momo's Asian style dragon but we ended getting two Shenrons which is pretty cool I guess.

Urouge wanted to see the meeting of the world nobles (the Reverie) but that's almost impossible as a well known pirate. So he figured instead of climbing up the blue sea to Mariejois he would climb down to it from the white sea.

My theory, I think Urouge's goal is to make the world more peaceful, maybe he saw what happened to Brika and he realized he wasn't that strong, so he got a crew and built his strength and is now using it to make sure nothing like Brika happens again.

Urouge could be searching for an ancient weapon like Pluton or Neptune, a weapon of the sky, fishmen have Neptune, Humans have pluton. Skypeople have idk, Zuse, Eneru but a machine that can obliterate islands on the blue sea from the white sea, it itself is a Skyisland that was moved far away from everyone like pluton.

I see urouge's bounty being so low maybe because he's not a very violent pirate. Like really chill pirate crew that only fights needed fights.
