I never knew there were so many kinds of bay leaves . I have a large bottle of 60 grams dried bay leaves , I checked it , but it does not tell me the origin . It does tell me where they were packed .
If you are using whole spices , it is better to dry roast them as it gets rid of any moisture. You can replace any of the whole spices with ground ones . Ground spices and seeds do not have to be roasted .🤗
You can use any chilli powder that is available. Thai chillies are very hot 🥵 they are also known as bird’s eye chilli. California chillies are not that hot. I hope this explaination is helpful.
