1. Timelimit 2. Need to guide bombs on target 3. While evading AA 4. While evading helicopters 5. While evading jets on your 6 6. While a gust of wind pushes you off target 7. While this ear-orgasm plays Not gonna lie; I love this mission.
Nailed it. Man, this game is so stressful. Its almost 'dark souls' hard in places! It's really rewarding when you finally finish the missions, but i'd rather it be a bit more relaxing and enjoyable like AC6
@@refraggedbean I agree. WT's physics are the only reason I play that game. Every vehicle in it moves with a certain weight to it, and it's amazing. It's not as complicated as a true flight sim like DCS, but its physics and controls make you feel like you know how to fly the aircraft.
The squadrons as an orchestra: Mobius: Electric guitar. Razgriz: Choir Galm: Spanish guitar Warwolf: Bad guitarist that gets thrown off the stage Garuda: Angelic vocals Spare: Drums but the drums are just solitary doors closing in rhythm Strider: Lead vocalists Cyclops: Bass guitar Gryphus: Synthesizer Sol: Latin singers Yellow: Strings Phoenix: Trumpets Mage: Intro violins Ofnir: Tubas Grabacr: Trombones
@@Keychain117 I uhh, I don't think they realize but if it's a War time flight sim, then pretty much most of the missions your gonna do will be seemingly senseless and doesn't affect your personal story, because it doesn't.
Doing a 90* nosedive in my F-16 towards the last silo, missile alarm blaring and AA shooting at me, bunker buster hits moments before I'd have hit the ground. Pull up and fly away with 2 sec left on the clock. Great mission.
If you like to use the first-person view, F-16 and F-22 are the only usable planes because of panoramic cockpit. In particular, the F-22 because the attitude indicator is always in your field of vision.
Despite being one of the most stressful missions in ACE7, this is also the one I consider to be the 'kick back and relax' one. Part of it is because there's no way one can relax after this mission. Cape rainy feels very much like the calm before the storm, and we all know what happens in Farbanti and (DLC) Artiglio Port. But mostly it's because of this piece of godly music.
This is definitely the best track in the game. I absolutely love this mission, even though it took me way too many tries to complete on hard, the music and scenery was just too surreal! Best game I've played in years, maybe even the best I've ever played!
Nice, I'm actually about to do the same when I get off work tomorrow. just got into Ace Combat for the first time about a month ago and the OST about a week ago. Kinda hard to appreciate it when you have (MISSLE MISSLE MISSLE) Going off in your ear every second. I really enjoy the mix of genres it has, especially Rock and Arabic themes.
This is BY FAR THE MOST RIVETING AND THRILLING SONGS IN THIS ENTIRE FRANCHISE. Been an ACE COMBAT fan since the Ace Combat 4 days and THE MOST MEMORABLE PART OF THE GAMES IS THE EPIC AND SUPERB FREAKING SOUNDTRACKS, they are the LITERAL BEST compared to other video game franchises. I have never listened to other soundtracks in anything as much as these. I will be listening to this for a long time. BEST SOUNDTRACK EVER by far in the series..
Magic Spear II comes a lot closer to either version of Breaking Arrows, thanks to the persistent "countdown" effect from that weird breathing noise + shaker.
The Gaming Killer yup and Zero is the best in terms of music, gameplay and story since you are facing your friend turned mortal enemy in a plane far better than yours to stop a nuke from destroying everything all to (in my opinion) one of the greatest themes in video game history.
@@Phoenix-xk4pw I'm gonna have to avoid that one. Because when it comes to soundtracks I know it's preferences. My favorite is 5, Zero 2nd and 4 is 3rd. But when it comes to final themes, none of them rank above eachother. It's a holy trinity for a reason, one just doesn't work without the others. Zero has a double decker advantage of having Avalon and Zero, both amazing themes. But do I prefer them over the Unsung War and Agnus Dei? Hard to say, I don't prefer any of them over eachother. It's just not possible for me to rank them over one another.
The Gaming Killer Personally in terms of final missions 4 and 0 beat out 5, that’s not to say it’s a bad game, because it isn’t, but taking down a satellite that’s pretty much solitary with a squadron at your side doesn’t compare to the real feeling of desperation between being the only one who can save the world from destruction via nuke or the only one willing to be the hero who can fly into a facility remade to crash meteorites into the earth.
The amount of "holy shit" muttered under my breath as i try to locate each bunker before the time limit and you only have limited flares, nothing like quick burst-brake turns at every silo lol
Holy shit I was so occupied with trying to lase those missile silos during the mission it never fully registered with me how fucking fire this track is. This extended version is going in the DCS World playlist *immediately*
I like how triumphant and yet high-stakes this mission is. After months of struggling, the Osean Army is invading Erusea and taking the fight to the enemy.
Thank you Japanese Kenny Loggins for not only making this song (Japanese version of Danger Zone) but making whole soundtracks with that kind of vibe. Of course I jest. Keiki Kobayashi is a beast. He writes music as if he's flown a fighter jet himself before. ありがとうございます。。。 Kobayashi-san! たのむ‼️ P.S: Yes, I know about the actual Danger Zone remix, but Magic Spear will always be the true Japanese Danger Zone to me lol.
Listening to this while studying for a management exam at the last minute because, much like a MiG-31, my brain is also flying at Mach 2.7 thanks to dangerous levels of caffeine and a lack of sleep
Erusian Technicians: Well time to work on this IRBM Magic Spear 1: Starts Playing Erusian Technicians: Well at least we have decoys to throw them off. (Looks closely at the tail marks of a A-10) Erusian Technicians: *OH SHIT!!! Trigger is here! EVERYONE RUN FOR COVER!!!!*
