I farm vorkath but I do mahogany homes because it’s simply more fun than traditional construction training. I like that it saves me some money and isn’t as soul crushing. It’s a role playing game, if anybody tells you that you’re playing the game wrong, tell them to shove it. Screw the meta, do what you think is best for you

@@oddone1325 I found an alternative (and better) way to do it.. As long as you have the menu entry swapper, you can customize the UI for any item/npc/spell/interaction yourself. Shift + rick click on the NPC contact and there should be an option towards the bottom to switch left click and shift click options.

In 60 to 70% of cases the agent is pretty close to get new contracts, its better use the standart book for teleports

NPC Contract is definitely faster the vast majority of the time. In those few times that an Estate Agent is closer, I do think you should run to them tho. You can still run Contracts at a good rate without NPC Contact but I really recommend using it over not.

I put 50 as a recommendation for Adept Contracts. You can do any level contract you want but I think being at least level 50 is the best time to start running Contracts based on where your account is going to be.

You must run Contracts for maidens and fix their furniture, then they will be your maidens

I would roughly estimate it will take between 8-12hrs, heavily depending on if you already have the plank sack. I'm basing this loosely around the 265 points I got in an hour with level 70 contracts.

Why the Chronical Book and no Tablets? Construction Outfit for sure over Graceful, since you can completely refill run energy after every contract. You can set your Varrock Teleport to the GE or the town center, depending on what you're doing too btw.

@@TryHardCasual im not the only one doing with these, the chronical is because the my varrock teleport is at ge, i think there is a house at south of varrock close to the zamorak church/mage that is usefull using that book for me. Thinking about now maybe should be usefull to change that varrock teleport from ge when i do those mahogany homes, i have to study that. Gracefull is usefull if you have low agility, since you may be tired before reaching the house even with the tea, (well, maybe i was just a noob running around without knowing the real location of those houses lol). Maybe replace the chronical with that book that teleport you to hosidius, dont remember the name of it, or use the woodcutting guild teleport from skills necklace, to reach the house in south of hosidius. I have my house in hosidius... With your rune pouch full you can teleport to all the places, except hosidius, with the standart book, i just use the air staff because i can use cheaper runes for teleports instead of one expensive, dust and lava runes are cheap, other combination runes are expensive.

@@polentusmax6100 I think we're doing to disagree on this stuff. Most of what your mentioning seems to be an alternative, less xp efficient way of getting to contracts. That's completely fine, it gives people options, but the inventory/gear I mentioned is the overall better way to run them.
