Al. I cannot tell you enough "THANK YOU! I called the Singer Company to find out how to replace the V- drive belt on my industrial 281-1 sewing machine. They had no clue! Your video is the only one that explains how to replace the belt. Your video is very informative!

I see that on this machine the larger v groove on the reducer is used, I see where the smaller v groove is used with the class 26. How does one tell which to use, are there cases where you can use either groove on either machine? Another good informational video Al. Thanks

i have a thor 1541s with reducer (copykat juki) and i would like the option to remove the reducer belt and use it without it for some sewing work. i need instruction and what parts to do this?

I just ordered a speed reducer for my 1541s. What is the torque increase when reducer is installed and what is proper way to install it? Will my 1541s be capable of sewing most leathers within the 16mm foot lift guide with the reducer installed? Thanks
