Summer 1996 finally came to an end at Disneyland with the final Main Street Electrical Parade on November 25. See excerpts from the live, three-hour broadcast originally aired over the Orange County News Channel, with Disneyland President Paul Pressler, Ambassador Chris Allen, Imagineer Marty Sklar, and OCN reporter Roger Cooper.

OMG I have this DVD, I bought it online and when it came in the mail I immediately put it on and boy did a flood of memories come back. I saw it that time 2 weeks before it closed in 11/25/96. I also remember the local news stations being there to cover the closing night, it really was a sad emotional night, nun of us wanted the parade to end we did not want to let go and still don't. Hope to see it before it's fades away again. ☺

what's the totsal running time on that when you add in both performances and all the hoopla that went on before the 1st and before the 2nd.

Main Street Electrical Parade yes I did, when I heard it was returning to its home I was so excited, got to see it in late June 2017.

I saw the Main Street Electrical Parade in Disneyland last weekend!!! It was so exciting to see the parade in Disneyland since it ended its run back in 1996---the last time I saw the parade in Disneyland!!! Check out my account and videos to see what I saw!!!!

I've watched a lot of your videos of the parade, my favorite one is the one you filmed a month or two ago filmed right across from the Market House step off for the 2nd performance of the night.

Total Disaster of What Disney Did With The Electrical Parade. Leave it Up To Disney To Ruin The Magic 🪄 And Memories Of The Parade. My God ☝️😮😮🤷‍♂️😡👎What They Did With The finale unit by removing the giant eagle and replacing it with tiny little it’s a small world dolls, and making the entire finale unit the rainbow colors!😮👎😡🙅‍♂️
