I feel like I could listen for another hour with him talking about his experiences and passion through fragrance. It never felt boring at all and I enjoyed every bits of the conversation. The fragrances are handcrafted with so much personal inspirations and I'm excited to discover this and looking forward to see more from this house.
I loved his passion about the fragrances. You can tell the difference when someone is just running a business, and when someone is passionate about what they’re doing. Hibiscus Mahajad sounds amazing, I’d love to get my nose on this house one day, unfortunately I’ve never experienced anything from them. I live in Houston Tx.
From US. this is so cool I absolutely love hearing about new fragrances houses thank you Sebastian...LYS sounds very interesting to me would love to try it
Sebastian I bought Iris Malikhan because of you and was my best fragrance purchase last year. So good. Might have to buy another bottle as I'm halfway through it already.
You can tell that he's really passionate about his brand, fantastic interview! I'm dying to try Iris Malikhan, I'm curious about the others, but Iris Malikhan is the one. Thanks a million Sebastian!!! Texas.
That’s awesome that he can do that out of the blue for himself and the world. It’s what people want to do for themselves in the lives. Plus my French heritage makes me for proud and happy for their man.
Hibiscus Mahajad sounds very intriguing to me... Would love to try myself but never have yet!! Love your passion for fragrances & the reviews, I've learned a lot from this channel!! Good luck everyone!!!
love this brand very much! Glad it's available in my region and also the fact that they have 30mls bottles, magic for collectors. I found their bottle caps too heavy for travel but it's still well executed. Thibaud has created a great brand, its all about quality and the feeling that you get when you smell the scents. My fav is Bois d'Atchaï ;)
I like it when you interview brands especially obscure indie brands because we get the chance to know them better, we get to know what their company is all about, their style, their creative process, their inspirations, and their core values. I wanted to try Hibiscus MahaJad since I love hibiscus tea, that is one of the beverages I often order at Starbucks. Love from the Philippines 🇵🇭!
Vince from California here. I love the fact that the bottles are simple and elegant. It gives the opportunity for the fragrance to speak by itself. It’s not pretentious. I’m very very VERY intrigued by Hibiscus Mahajad. I’m very curious as to how the ingredients are going to be interpreted and which of them will stand out on my skin. I also love how the name was explained. Really, the best part of this video is that he was able to just say whatever he wants to say about each fragrance and that he had these wonderous experience that he tries to put in a bottle. It’s like sharing some pages off of his journal. I cannot wait to experience all of the scents and I’m very happy and excited that there are contrasts between all of them. I like how they won’t smell like one another. I’m going to manifest the shizz out of this one, since I really need something different in my collection and I hope to get a bottle for myself and to share. But if I don’t win the bottle, I still enjoyed the video a whole lot. Ps, I also can’t wait for USA launch for this fragrance and I hope that we get all of the fragrances that are available and not have a fragrance that is exclusive only in Europe.
What a life he's lead! I love his passion and he really is interested in engaging with you. I am going to purchase his sample set - so intrigued. They all sound amazing - I love the idea of Hibiscus Mahajad. Dallas, Texas
I’m in Texas and Bois Datchai sounds super intriguing. I’m a bit of a tea fragrance fan though! It’s so calming. I love hearing how perfumers comes up with their fragrances!
I heard about Maison Crivelli from Sebastian, and Sebastian caused me to be very interested in trying the fragrance "Iris Malikhan"-I am most interested in trying that fragrance since iris is one of my favorite ingredients in perfumery. I appreciated learning more about the company Maison Crivelli from watching this video. I live in MD., U.S.A.
Hi Sebastian. Enjoyed the description of the creative process in your video today. Eoukdnlovevto sample the Iris with the Galanum in the notes. Sounds divine. I'm loving in Switzerland 🇨🇭😍. Thanks again.
Sebastian, I have heard you talk about Maison Crivelli and especially Iris Malikhan. I have been searching for this one for a long time but have been unsuccessful in finding it. I would love to have a bottle of this but I rarely win anything. However, at least now I know that in the future I may be at least able to try it. Thank you Sebastian for your nightly reviews. I look forward to them every evening.
I recently tried Iris malikhan and papyrus moleculaire , such uniques fragrances but Iris is stunning! Amazing one for sure. It is always so fascinating to understand the brand through the owner, nice video as always. Greetings from italy
After visiting the Maison Crivelli website, thanks for the link, I'm drawn to Absinthe Boréale. I do enjoy green herbal fragrances and lavender. I've seen the northern lights once and was awestruck. Thanks for another great interview and fabulous draw! Mich USA
I tried these at les senteurs in London , and they didn’t disappoint. Picked up Santal Volcanique . Even though it may not be what I usually go for , it smells lovely on my skin . Glad to hear they are coming to the US
I love everything in this video. It's always nice to learn new things and especially when from a house I know nothing about yet Greetings from Belgium 🌹
Was a pleasure watching Seb sounds like an amazing house. Need to check out Iris malikan since I love Iris fragrances. Thank you for the opportunity. California
I love how he was so expressive and energetic describing this line, I hope his line lunches soon in the States. I would really would like to try Malikhân. Hello from Texas 👋 .
Great idea to have the brain behind the Crivelli brand on the channel. First of all, I love the way he names his fragrances. They are unique and interesting. And he is so knowledgeable and passionate about perfumes and has a clear focus for his brand. Quite interesting that he tries to stir things in opposite direction to how most brands interpret notes. Like focusing on the leather facets of Osmanthus, rather than the apricot. I also love the simple yet elegant design of the bottle. The extraits looks wonderful. I would love to try everything, but especially the Iris. Great video Sebastian…..Canada
I love hearing the creator's thoughts. Getting a bit of first hand insight to the process is awesome, I really liked hearing about how Iris Malikhan was conceived. I need to check this house out when stores open again - I've definitely overlooked it. New houses showing up locally can be exciting but also daunting. So much to smell! Hibiscus Mahajad and Iris Malikhan sound amazing to me. New Zealand
Osmanthe Kodoshan sounds really good to me and the story behind it makes it even better. His passion to discover the diversity this world can offer is invigorating!
I loved hearing about the concept of this house and the focus on contrasts. Hearing Thibaud talk about his first experience drinking tea made me so interested to try Hibiscus Mahajád. I'm always so excited to hear about fragrances that are different from the norms. But primarily, I would love to try Iris Malikhân. The notes sound so intriguing and right up my alley and I adore irises. - not the city NY, Usa.
I went ahead and purchased the discovery set about half way through the video. These interviews are very helpful and interesting to me. Getting a chance to experience the personality and story behind a brand makes me more inclined to try them out. I just received some Dustia samples after listening to that interview as well.
I have heard you talked about Iris Malikhan and I have been very curious about this brand. Very excited to heard that they are launching in the US. Love this kind of brand interview videos in which we can learn about the house and the inspiration of different perfumes. I would love to experience the surprises Thibaud was talking about their creations, and I will order their sample kit. I am drawn to the story he told about Osmanthus Kodoahan, and of course, I have to try Iris Malikhan. Thank you Sebastian! I am in Arizona.
Thanks a lot for another great interview! It's always satisfying to hear some behind the curtains stories of the brand from its founder. And this time the intrigue is at its maximum with all his stories. I haven't yet met Maison Crivelli in my country so I will be surprised with any of their creations 😁 Thank you again, hugs from Ukraine 🤗
Dear Sebastian, Great video I am intrigued by this house especially passion and love for perfume. A house that I need to explore further. Thanks a million from the United Kingdom
I was really intrigued by the idea of intentionally employing so many contrasts in the various perfumes. I am also fascinated by the process of choosing a word to go with the note in the name of each perfume. I love iris, and I really want to try Iris Malikhan soon. I live in Virginia. Thanks for consistently producing such quality content.
I enjoyed your video and look forward to them every evening. I have been searching for Maison Crivelli Iris Malikhan since the first time you talked about it, but could never find it. I live in the USA, state of Maryland.
Love all the stories behind the fragrances. Just blind bought Iris a few days ago and it’s on it’s way to me. I’m sure I won’t be disappointed. I’m also interested in their hibiscus offering. I live in Kansas. Thanks for entering me in the giveaway!
Enjoyed learning about the moments Thibaud had experienced in different countries, encapsulated in each of the perfumes. There's so much passions and creative effort behind his works! I'm most interested in the perfume, Iris Malikhan. Also, thank you for the opportunity, Sebastian - I live in Canada 🇨🇦
Iris Malikhan is my present go to scent now that we are in Autumn. It is simply stunning. The chocolatey buttery orris is heaven , I also get a slight hint of leather .. I am obsessed with this scent and think it will be a forever in my collection... I am loving the sound of Santal Volcaanique (UK Gal) 🤞🏼
Thank you for this interview with Thibaud. After hearing him talk, I really want to try his perfume house. His statement about creating emotions with fragrance rings true. I am a mental health therapist who uses fragrance (among other things) to teach people how to self soothe and calm their nervous systems. In my own life, I have experienced the immediate rush of positive emotion a fragrance can bring. Thank you to Thibaud for sharing his art with us and creating joy, one bottle at a time. Of all the fragrances, Santal Volcanique intrigued me most. I would love to try all of them though. I am in Indiana.
Great video as always ! Similar to Olfactiv Studios I loved the visual interpretation of scents and memories. I think because of that all of the perfumes sound interesting but if had to pick - Hibiscus, Osmanthus and Absinthe sounds really amazing. Washington DC. Thanks!
I think this house is great. It was also the first I discovered for myself when they launched at Harvey Nichols in the UK. I ended up buying Absinthe Boreale just two weeks before the first of many UK and local to me lockdowns. So it already smells of a better world that has gone…
Thank you Sebastian for another comprehensive interview. I enjoyed the inspirations and stories behind each fragrance. The ones that pique my interest are: Lys Solaberg, Iris Makkhan, and of course, Hibiscus Mahajadi. USA
I love how every fragrance is inspired on a certain moment or experience. That is what life is about and recreating them ina fragrance is something amazing! I really enjoyed this video. I’m interested in the Iris fragrance. Hopefully I will get to sample it soon. Thank you for another amazing video Sebastian!
Thank you for this interview/review of this house, as I've just started to get involved, and Thibaud has given me a great insight into the House, I already have Osmanthe Kodoshan and either Iris Malikhân. I tend to FB buy as the adrenaline of wondering if I pulled the trigger on the correct frag, and if it lives up to my view from the notes etc :)
I enjoyed hearing the inspiration behind the fragrances and how much thought and creative process goes into each detail- very interesting! Iris malikhan sounds like something I would most like to try but hey, everything sounds so interesting I would love to try everything. Commenting from USA- NY
Lovely interview! I like the brand’s idea of presenting and slowly revealing the frag notes on their website. I will be interested in the Iris Malikhan and Hibiscus frag as well. Greetings from Bulgaria.
Absinthe Boreale is the one that intrigued me the most. However, the line as a whole looks very interesting and different. I love the look of the bottles, the names of the fragrances, and the note combinations. Very elegant. Lot’s of information. I write from Tampa, Florida.

Hi. I enjoy hearing/seeing the descriptions of his intention/imspirations and how he names the perfume, specifically the meanings behind the names. I have been frustrated that it has been difficult to get perfumes from this house where I live in the US but glad they are coming here. I most interested in Iris Malikhan. Thanks for entering me! -from NC.
Such a pleasure to hear so much passion about scents and experiences they represent ☺️ Most interested in Lys Sølaberg as it sounds the most magic 😉 Keep up the great job both of you! Regards from Ireland 💚
I recently found your channel and really like niche house interviews like this. I haven’t tried this brand but I enjoyed hearing about the story of each fragrance. I would like to try Papyrus Moleculaire. I live in Michigan, USA!
I’m just getting started in the world of niche fragrances and your videos have been very helpful, thank you! This house sounds very interesting, though I’ve not had the chance to try any of the scents. I would certainly love the opportunity, especially the Santal Volcanique. Greetings from WA, US!
The creative process behind this scents sounds amazing ❤️ I just love when the perfume tells a story. I want to emanate those stories to other ppl whith the trail of the smell... Greate work, thank you for sharing you knowledge Sebastian! PS. Maison Crivelli is already available in Poland.
I got Osmanthe Kodoshan last week. I didn’t know anything about the Brand but was visiting a niche perfumes shop in Madrid and it sounded interesting so I tried it and fell in love with it. My only issue with it is that it’s 30ml only lol. I also loved The Hibiscus one but it was a bit pricey and I already had spent enough that day 😂
It was great to hear about his strong concept for the house and his investment in bringing new and exciting ideas in fragrance. I’d love to try so many from the line, but I think I’m most excited about Iris Malikhan. It’s hard to argue with Sebastian’s recommendation! Thanks for the generous giveaway. Signing off from Missouri USA.
For me, the most fascinating part was the maison criveli guy himself, his background and his philosophy! I am most curious about Iris Malikhan , but also the Osmanthus scent, the name of which i am not remembering now.
Really interesting interview. I loved how personal the approach was to the development of these fragrances It's hard to pick a favorite without "sniffing" but the Iris Malikhan sounds fascinating. I am always interested in seeing a new approach to Iris. New York State.
So curious about this house! I know one shop in Belgium and they have this interesting house. I would like to get Hibiscus one.)) Greetings from Belgium
Hi Sebastian! Thank you so much for this giveaway! I’m excited to try this house; I’ve never smelled any of these perfumes. As a fan of rose, I am very curious about the new one… but the Osmanthus got my attention as well! I’m from Tampa, Florida. Regards!
This was so interesting! I loved hearing the backstories behind the scents. Also about the brand concept, the contrasts and the naming of the perfumes etc. Iris Malikhan I've wanted to try since I very first heard about it here. But so many of these scents sound interesting and different and id love to experience the surprises mentioned. Lookimg forward to seeing what the next two extrait releases will be also! Thanks for the generous giveaway. I'm in CT USA.
I went today to see if I could sample their newest fragrance, Hibiscus Mahajad, but it was already sold out and they didn't have not even a tester anymore, so I must go some other time, but from Maison Crivelli I've already tried out 6 of their fragrances and my favorites are Iris Malikhan and Lys Solaberg. The one with osmanthus is nice on paper, but I don't like it so much on my skin and to me it has a similar vibe to Gucci Rush. Anyhow, they have nice fragrances, so I want to test the others too.
I have Iris Malikhan and it is so so different to other Iris scents. Love it Out of curiosity, I notice your juice is far greener than mine Sebastian, my juice is more pink toned? my bottle is only a month old purchase so not old juice . Anyone else have pinky toned juice?
Super interesting talk! Thank you for that! I'm commenting from Germany and curious about iris malikhan and lys solaberg. The descriptions and stories behind it make me want to try. Hope to be still eligible for the give away ;) Thank you!
Well Done, another talented perfumer shares his unique gift with the world. He's passionate about his creation and also wanted to hear people's feedback about his perfumes, nice. I wouldn't mind try on "Hibiscus Mahaja'd". Auckland-NZ.
Inspiration and creativity coupled with loads of passion, has resulted in an amazing house with some absolute stellar scents! I only have one, and it's a 10 outa 10. Which one? Iris Malikhan. Paul in Australia.
