Last week I released a video where I demonstrated how I waxed plain cotton canvas. I had several requests to show how I made the bag I used in that video, so here here I show how that bag was made. I hope this video shows it well enough. I don't really do "How To" videos, more inspiration videos so I I have tried to achieve both aims.
My old sewing machine is a PFAFF 230. I repaired/ rescued this machine from near death. I have a video on that too. It looks pretty ratty so I will pretty it up. I think it deserves a new coat of paint after all these years.
This project is really a great to get a quick result and have a product from your efforts fairly quickly. I cannot recommend it highly enough if you are feeling a bit down in the dumps. Have a go :) it's great medicine.
