However, I put all these treasures down for Braxton. These are all treasures I have found during my career and I wanted him to experience what it feels like to be the best treasure hunter of all time. He had an incredible experience. Thank you all for showing him so much love and support. Your nice comments made his last days amazing.

Jake, I know you may not consider yourself a hero, but to Braxton and a lot of people in the world, you are. Not because of your videos, not because of these treasures you find or the cleaning you do in the world or even the removal of hazardous things from our environment, but simply because you do all of that with the simple goodness, appreciation and respect you have for the world and everything in it. You exemplify this charitable nature and don't let your true sorrows show. You're a man of talent and few flaws. In short, you epitomize a hero not because of what you do, but because of who you are while doing what you do. I really hate that I didn't discover this video until after the fact. I would have loved to have left him a personal message. Jake, what an awesome thing to do for a kid you really made his day. He seems so excited and happy, what a truly wonderful gift. I don't understand why children leave us early, but I'm sure he got to treasure hunt on his way up and then he found what we all are searching for, the most wonderful treasure there is, heaven and God waiting there with open arms. You have a new body now that will never get sick again. You will be terribly missed by those that love you, but knowing that you will be waiting for them at the end of their journeys I pray will give them peace. My mother got diagnosed with glioblastoma almost a year and a half ago. She is doing pretty well as of now, but it is still very hard to cope with. I'm thankful for whatever time we have left with her. I hope Braxton didn't have to go through too much pain. Thanks Jake, for being such an amazing person.

Just beautiful!! Heart breaking for me. My sister got the chance to "make -a - wish" before she passed away. She was 6 and I was 14. I am 35 now and this brings back so many memories of all my family that has passed. All too young. I am the only one left. 😔 I hope God grants this child a true miracle!! 💝

As someone who did funerals for 10 years, I buried 3 kids, and even though I didn't know them, I cried at each one. I did the service with the upmost respect, and I'll never forget them. The smallest hearts leave the biggest holes when lost. RIP Braxton, another young soul, taken way too early 🥺

Gosh I can’t stop crying. I’m so glad this lil man was grandted his wish! I’m so glad God put you in the position to be the man that you are!!! This really touched my heart! It’s funny you kept saying “you could’ve chose anyone but you chose me” it really is the little things for kids and for us all that make us happy. Not sure why this was trending on both my TikTok and RU-vid today... must have been exactly what I needed. This was amazing to watch. What an honor. Thank you guys, Jake, Make a Wish, and especially the family for letting us be a part of such an amazing moment. I know nothing I can say will take the pain away...I just hope that knowing Braxton, and this video, ignites a little spark in every viewer's heart...is some sort of help, comfort, and peace. He is a blessing to the world. May he Rest In Peace wherever he is and on RU-vid for eternity 🥲

Jake, I’m a fairly new subscriber and have been very impressed with your videos. What you did for Braxton was absolutely incredible and speaks volumes of your character, personality and maturity. You have a truly beautiful soul. So very sorry Braxton lost his fight.
