very satisfying. I found if i just spray a portion of noodles and blast them in the air fryer I get good nutty results with much less oil.

it looks good and one of my favorites and have always gotten since i was a kid because my folks would get it for us at the chinese reataurant for takeout. i cannot the canton style anymore because our local restaurants make a different style that i find too watery for my taste so maybe i will try it myself because i'm a decent cook. thnx.

in the video you add minced garlic and minced ginger, but those are not listed in the recipe. can you modify the recipe to reflect those ingredients and the amount of each? It looks like a tablespoon of each.

Looked fine till the potato starch went in. Any suggestions for something to substitute for it? (I'm allergic to it)
@DocPetron

Any starch will do. Most restaurants use corn starch. I've used tapioca starch and even all purpose wheat flour in a pinch. My tip would be make a lot of gravy. I intentionally make more than I think I need and still come out short sometimes.
