Make Starbucks Tomato and Mozzarella Panini |  

The Starbucks tomato and mozzarella panini sandwich taste like a nice gourmet sandwich from a fancy restaurant. One of the most convenient places I like to go to during lunch is at Starbucks. I usually get a coffee and a depending on the mood a sandwich. One of the most popular sandwiches is the tomato Mozzarella panini sandwich. If you haven’t already tried this sandwich you should defiantly give this recipe a try as it tastes great and is an awesome lunch.
R E C I P E
Tomato - 1 Medium
Balsamic Vinegar - 1tsp or 5g
Olive Oil - 1 tbsp or 8g
Salt - 1 tsp or 6g
Black Pepper - 1 tsp or 2g
Dried tomato pesto - 2 tbsp or 25g
Mozzarella bar - 3 thick slices
Ciabatta bread - 1/4 of a bread
I N S T R U C T I O N S
1. Slice and season the tomatoes. Optionally marinate the tomato for 15 minutes then bake at 350F or 15-20 minutes.
2. Take Ciabatta bread and apply pesto to it. Then apply baked tomato slices, along with Mozzarella cheese and spinach.
3. Bake again at 350F for 10-12 minutes or until cheese melts and the bread turns golden.
