Yea, if you mean that “filter/screen” piece. -You need a wide flathead screwdriver. (As wide as the hole it’s in. Or as close as possible.) -Take the flathead insert into the access hole. Then slowly turn the screwdriver until you feel it drop into the slot. (Obviously if you turn the screwdriver more than a full turn/360* and you don’t feel it drop into removal slot then you either missed it, or the “thickness” of the screwdriver you are using might just be too big. Either grind/file the flathead’s tip width down a little; Or use a thinner tipped flathead screwdriver.) -Once properly in the flathead screwdriver slot on the filter/screen. Turn Counter Clockwise/CCW (lefty loosey, lol) until it’s completely free from the treads. -Finally, pull out the screen/filter assembly with a small pick or rotate the carburetor body to let it slide out. After cleaning, reverse instructions to reassemble. Hope it helps.
